Honestly the worse costumer service. I work across the street and usually order ahead. Last time I ordered food from the app for pick up it stated that it would be ready at 12:20. I got there approximately 12:25 and the food was not ready. The food was not ready til close to one o'clock. I was late clocking in from lunch. Since I complained to the staff the bowl was half melted. After waiting a couple of months to go back, it happened again. I ordered on the app with a pick up time of 12:15. I arrived at 12:15 and the food was not ready. The staff was so concentrated on an order of 6 people in the lobby that they completely forgot my order. It is currently 12:34 and my food is still not ready. I am scared to complain because they will purposely make the food terrible(see my last experience). This will probably be the last time I order from here. UPDATE: Food was ready at 12:45. I was late clocking into lunch at work.

This place was near my place and my girl wanted some açaí bowl. FYI check in first on Yelp to receive the 10% off. It wasn't that busy and they had a movie playing to help make the waiting time less of a hassle. Check them out, we'll be back for sure.

I love this place! They have the freshest fruit, and my favorite bowl ever, the crayon bowl! The one bone I have to pick is just that my bowl is always ready about 20 minutes beyond the time it's estimated it'll be ready. It seems like when I order online it takes a bit longer than the time displayed online.

I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt. But everytime with Vitality Bowls on Blue Diamond and Decatur, they always seem to disappoint. My daughter loves this place but when she puts an online order in and puts time of pick up, it's never done. It will typically take 20min or longer after the time specified to receive our order. Perfect example today was she placed 2 bowls at 1pm and time for pick up was 130pm. Well, it wasn't ready until 2pm. What's the point of an online order if you can't complete it. This is so frustrating to me. I'm not sure if it's worth the drive to come here but knowing that my daughter loves this place, I might give them another try. Might??

Everything about this place is great, except the wait! I almost gave 3 stars because I placed an online order (10 hours in advance) and it wasn't ready until 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up time! That is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I can understand a reasonable wait time for walk in orders, because everything is made fresh and they don't have a lot of staff on hand at once, but not for a scheduled order. Maybe 5 mins max. Having said that though, the bowls and juice are delicious. The bowl was a little pricey ($13) but I enjoyed every bite. I've had a fresh juice on numerous occasions and always want more. I will continue to eat here, but they really need to figure out something about this wait time because after reading other reviews this seems to be a recurring issue that is causing a loss in return customers.

I like this place because the bowls taste good. They have specials from 2 p.m.- 6 p.m. you can buy one get one 50% off on bowls and smoothies. I tried another place and it just wasn't the same. The Bowl was runny. I think you'll be happy in the prices are not too outrageously priced around 10 or $11. Give it a try it's in the shopping center on Blue Diamond and Decatur next to Cafe Rio and Teriyaki Madness.

Why do you have app that does not work I place a order drive miles to pick up to a closed store at 10:30 on Wednesday? not the first time either!!! Worst business structure I've ever seen... I'm a business coach and you really need help who ever owns this store

After waiting for 2 hours for door dash to deliver.. we ended having to cancel and drive to the location to get it. Then after waiting 20 min to get the food the avocado toast was missing the tomato and the bowls we ordered had stuff on it that was not suppose to be on it. Bad experience all the way around.
Amazing place to eat healthy açai bowls. Charlie and the other employees were so kind and friendly. Totally recommended

We want to love this place but there's always a problem when we come here. We just keep trying because there's not much around our location. Today we purposely arrived 20 mins after our order was ready for pick up because it's almost never ready & we were told it's a 20 min wait because there's no frozen bananas. A parked car full of kids 20 mins is an eternity lol. I wish there were more locations. Finally received 2 smoothies & 1 açaí bowl 40 minutes after pick up time. Everything is melted & runny.... Never coming back
