I went into this Cafe on December 11th and attempted to order a caramel frappacino. Before I ordered, I asked the counter person if they had milk substitute. They confirmed they had almond and oat milk. So, I ordered the frap with almond milk no whip and provided my debit card for payment. The person came back 5 minutes later and stated he could not make my drink because they didn't have any almond or oat milk at the moment. He said he would reverse the charge on my card and issue a refund. As of this date, Dec 16th I have not received my refund. I have called the number on the receipt which is disconnected. I have called the number for the website and have not been able to speak with anyone. This very inconvenient that I will have to drive all the way back to this establishment that I do not live by to engage about this charge. You should know what you have to sell before selling it. After this transaction is resolved I will not be going back!

My husband and I went two days straight while in Las Vegas. I was disappointed that they didn't have whip cream on our drinks and they still charged us the same amount as if with. I also tried their pancakes prior and they didn't have a lot of toppings.

Viva Cafe is a true hidden gem! The food and drinks are absolutely delicious--crafted with care and full of flavor. Whether you're stopping in for a coffee, a fresh smoothie, or a bite to eat, everything tastes top-notch. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a quiet moment. It's the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend

Fantastic cafe! I come every Saturday for breakfast. El grande breakfast burrito is my choice. The cashier Ralph sets the whole mood. Funny and personable. He knows he’s customers well. Especially he’s repeats. I’ve been coming here every Saturday for over 3 years.. Always a great time. Wonderful tradition to eat burritos and see familiar faces.

Been going to Boulevard Mall for years. Finally tried giving this place a shot. This was on a weekday morning. The little man at the counter with the feminine earrings was impatient, rude, and disrespectful to the customers ahead of us, so we left.

Had the Abuelita Latte with oat milk. It was really delicious and creamy, with a hint of cinnamon.
Fast and good service, I recommend the horchata latte
Very cute lil corner cafe in the Boulevard Mall that makes me think of a cafe I used to visit back in Providence on Fed Hill. Great quality drinks, snacks, and pastries served with a familiar, homey feeling. I love this place!
