Steady stream of customers, mostly from South America so I knew I was in the right place. Good service, attentive. Quick getting orders out despite being slammed. Tried the wood fired shredded chicken arepas and it was excellent. The sauces that come with it were both very good. Also tried the roasted pork butt arepas and it was just as good. The meats are cooked on site in wood stoves. Servers behind counter pleasant and polite to all their customers. A veteran came in and was given a free drink with his order.

I love the plantains and arepas here! Not as good as how my Venezuelan friends in Minnesota make them at home or when I was in Florida but close. The staff are very friendly and there's a lot of seating space inside. The parking can be a bit tricky, and it's located near the busy arts district.

Absolutely incredible! Viva Las Arepas is hands-down one of the best spots in Vegas for authentic Venezuelan flavor.

From the moment you walk in, you can smell the wood-fired meats and fresh arepas sizzling on the grill. I ordered the reina pepiada and the carne asada arepa — both were packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and stuffed to the brim. The arepas are crispy on the outside and soft inside — absolutely addictive.

The service was quick, friendly, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. Whether you’re Venezuelan or just want to try something amazing, this place is a must.

🔥 Pro tip: Don’t skip the guasacaca sauce — it ties everything together. I’ll definitely be back again and again.

Went back twice. I wish my hometown had a place like this. Better yet, I wish I could just teleport this restaurant home with me lol! Great food, service, clean restaurant. And great prices on top of all that!

You need to add this place to your go to spots. This food is so delicious. I could barely put down the arepa they’re amazing. The sauces pair perfectly, service is fantastic.

Oh my goodness! This is one of our first stops when we go to LV! The cachapas, empanadas and plantains are delicious! Chill atmosphere and nice employees. Wish I had photos of the food but it doesn’t last very long after it gets to the table lol
