After a visit to Gilcrease Orchards, we looked up breakfast/brunch places and headed to Waffles Cafe with no knowledge about it.
The breakfast sandwich was delicious. I also had a smoothie with watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe. Yum! My dining mate enjoyed her mango iced tea.
We live in Henderson, and we need a Waffles Cafe in our neck of the woods. Pleeeease!

This cute little place is soooo good. We came for breakfast after my son has been talking about it for months. The food was delicious. My kids ordered the breakfast sandwich and I was hating cuz it looked good lol. I had the breakfast special which came with a Belgian waffle. The waffle was good. I prefer them a little sweeter, but it was good overall. You can tell this is a family owned business as everyone was super nice and hands on. Service was quick and good. Will def be coming back 🩷

Everything was sticky! The floor, the tables, the bathroom door (and not the door handle… the actual door). The silverware was plastic wrapped in a napkin! $45.00 for food that I’d get at a Holiday Inn Express! The coffee was lukewarm, and served in a styrofoam cup. It was like “Smart and Final” everything! Hash browns, plastic spoons, plain forks, styrofoam cups, sausages, and paper tasting bacon. I was hoping the owner/manager asked “how was your meal”, and I was going to be honest, but in a nice way. There was only one couple when my family and I walked in. That says a lot. We should have kept stepping…

Everything was fresh and they offer gluten free waffles that were delicious!! On my first visit, I ordered the gluten free Belgian waffle breakfast with fresh strawberries and whip cream. I was so excited that I forgot to take a photo! On my second visit, I ordered the gluten free Belgian Waffle Breakfast sandwich. When it arrived, at our table, I was shocked by the size of this sandwich! It was soooooo big that I couldn't bite it!! This time I didn't remember the photo until I was almost finished!!! Sorry! I had to use a knife and fork in order to eat it!! Definitely my favorite waffle restaurant!!!!
