So this one star had nothing to do with the service because the service was great. Our server was friendly and attentive. Now for the food....I ordered the "Fiesta burger" and my wife ordered the "Our Burger". They were very bland and tasteless. Burgers are waaaay too small for the price as well. I get you are on the strip but this is a rip off. Should have used my better judgment and gone next door to eat. I make better tasting burgers at home with frozen Walmart patties. Needless to say, we will never go there again. You guys are ripping people off! Not with the money or our time ever again.

First time eating at Wahlburgers, Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay. Made a special food request. Low carb cheese burger with bacon and a side of grilled chicken. Ebby, is amazing! She understood my dietary preferences and took such great care of me. Disregard the negative reviews. Food, atmosphere and more importantly the service is fantastic!!

Service was terrible from the start with the host who looked like he could barely be bothered and it took 20min for our server to greet us when it wasn't busy. And took him another 10-15 min just to bring our waters and we ordered an app that ended up coming with our food after another 20min which over all was super greasy and definitely not worth the price and the pickles we got tasted like hard crunchy oil bites. I definitely will not be back... Which is sad because I was looking forward to dining here.

Horrible dried skinny shriveled up flavorless so called burger that was on a very large and stale bun. Tasted totally different from a grocery store Wahlburger! Fries tasted soo freezer burned you couldn't even eat them! 1 burger small fries and salad 55.00 !!!! WTF ?!? Burger joints like Five Guys and Inn and out destroy this francise in every way! I was super disappointed and will never go Back!

Burger Bar has been gone more than a year and this is what's in the same spot now. It's no longer the best burger in Las Vegas. The burger patties are pre-cut perfect circles; not fresh. My advice is to order well-done. I asked for medium and got medium, but the patty was cold with no sear. Meal was delivered in a minute or so, and chances are it was warmed over not cooked fresh. Fries were perfect, but a $6 side order the size of McDonald's small fries. Paying $40 for burger, fries and a beer is actually somewhat reasonable in modern Las Vegas. Service was friendly and good. The taste of the burger was mediocre. No reason to try this place more than once. The Las Vegas magic is fading fast.

The manager in this location should be fired and a new manager should hire all new servers. All servers are lazy. I wondered why thia place had 3 stars before we eat there. What can I say about the OUR Burger I ordered, foe the price my expectations were way too high, size of burger is normal, the meat was tasteless, couldn't taste the sauce because they either run out of it or they forgot to add it I swear I had to add ketchup and some salt to eat it. I find more flavor on the in/out burgers for sure, in my opinion nothing special about the food, service was mmm, guy came to ask how food was when I was ready to pay, let him know what we thought about food and just smirked, place looks clean, and ambience was fine.

Our first experience here was awful, so we wanted to give it another try since we love the Wahlburgers beef patties from the grocery store. Unfortunately, our experience this time was even worse. We had a server that didn't write anything down and came back to ask us again what we ordered. She then never came back and another server saw us looking around and offered to take our meal order. Our app came out quickly, the sweet chili chicken tenders, and they were actually yummy. "Our" burgers came out after that and are were completely the wrong order all together. We never had a server come back by to check and see how our food was or we would've sent it back. I might add that my husband had the Wahl-garita that was basically undrinkable. We, again, had to look around and ask for someone to bring our check (we saw our server at tables right next to us, but never actually spoke to us again) Overall, in a pretty sparsely crowded restaurant we were again greatly disappointed and will never dine here again.
