So I just saw two different people just openly steal from Walgreens and walk out without paying. Apparently the staff can't engage if someone steals. So this might be a good location if you are looking to shoplift :(

Worst pharmacy to call and even try to get someone to pick up. They immediately put you on hold without even speaking to you saying they're going to put you on hold. I've actually seen it done in person and unfortunately just experienced it over the phone.

I just shopped at store #4197 off Cheyenne in Las Vegas. Randy was extremely rude during check out. A lady in front was holding up the other line so a long line had formed. When he came to relieve the cashier I asked him to ensure that the clearance and coupon rang up on a product. When it didn't, I asked him to remove it from my purchases, he proceeded to call me a "karen" and verbally harassed me in front of other customers and staff. I never called him a name or degraded him in any way. I simply asked for the product to be removed from my bill. I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism at your store and will not be going back.

I would give a zero if I could. This pharmacy is unorganized and has terrible service. We spent an entire day trying to get a simple prescription for an inhaler for a 9 year old who was having difficulty breathing properly. They told us they didn't have after the texted us to come get and when we got there they didn't have and wouldn't have for 24 hours this was after we'd waited 4 hours and got notice to come get. We called back to get prescription transferred to another pharmacy and they put us on hold for 25 minutes and then disconnected. We called back and they said they had the prescription wtf transferred us to pharmacist we held for another 35 minutes and finally the pharmacist came on. We literally had to beg her to please fill the prescription after begging for 15 minutes she agreed to go look and see if she did have it came back said she'd fill and they texted us in 5 minutes it was ready, this would have been fantastic if we hadn't gotten the run around for 8 hours.

Visited this Walgreens pharmacy Thursday December 7th a little after 5pm except to wait in line because everyone try's to go get what they need after work. Waited in the drive thru line to get my medication. A lot of people in line in store too so go with some patience.
Easily accessed from a main road. Clean and well organized. Customer service was available as needed. Items I needed were easy enough to find. It appears that there is standardized organization schematic across stores to help customers find items.

I really like this store. Every employee is always nice. I don’t deal with the pharmacy side but all the others are amazing. Very helpful, happy and I’ll always shop here especially when they tell me have a good night when it’s 12 noon hahaha so funny. Keep up the good work

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT WALGREENS IN THE United States. I have had nothing but problems with this Walgreens on Cheyenne and Rampart. The automatic teller calls and leaves a message that my medication is ready. Every time( all documented on paper) my husband or I go there to pick up my medication they say is ready, there is an issue. I spoke to Randy the pharmacist and he says he is taking care of it. Then Grace at the window who is all over the place, can not figure nothing out. Grace tells my husband to go to the Lake-mead to pick up my medication, My husband goes all the way too that pharmacy and the pharmacist there tells him he never received a phone call and he does not have my medication, then I call and Cassandra, gets upset because I have issue with their unprofessionalism and leaves me on the phone for an hour and then hangs up. They are not busy at 9:45pm, nobody is there. The issue is they are confused the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing ever ! They have an oath to take care of humanity and hold themselves and the colleagues to the highest principles of the profession. Morally, ethical and legal conduct. Get another job if you are burned out because you being burnt out is not the issue of the people who pay your wages its your duty to serve us with moral conduct. I am going to every avenue to make a complaint not on this review, but disciplinary action will be required here, so change can take place and they will know what their right hand is doing from there left because all this confusion is absolutely unacceptable. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON WHEN AN ISSUE OCCURS, THEY RUN AROUND LIKE THEIR MINDS ARE GONE AND NOBODY, I MEAN NOBODY CAN HAVE AN ANSWER. SO WRONG IN EVERY WAY !

The Walgreens on Cheyenne /Rampart is the worse in the city and they need to shut down. They never have medication, they are all confused and they do not what they are doing. I do not know how they stay in business so un- professional. I receive VM saying my medication is ready, I go there and wait an hour and they come back and say they are out of my medications after numerous calls saying it's there. Cassandra leaves you on the phone for 45 minutes on hold and Grace works the drive thru and is all over the place. I will never walk in there again!!!

Beth, the pharmacist at Walgreens Rampart & Cheyenne, Las Vegas, day shift, is an unethical liar. My doctor and I have both caught her now twice lying on two different occasions. Nevada Medical Board was alerted both times. Watch out for her. Unethical intentions.
