They're super knowledgeable and often seem to be in good moods. And after some terrible experiences at nearby (more convenient) pharmacies, it's worth the trouble for me.

The pharmacy at Mountain View Hospital is wonderful I have no bad things to say about them. However think twice before entering Mountain View Hospital they are liars, thieves, and the doctors there are horrible they don't even talk to you they come in your room see how you're doing and leave they don't even ask you what is wrong do I need to call specialist let's discuss what's wrong nothing to that nature they treat you like a piece of meat. And upon my discharge which the doctor knew that I would be leaving at 3 at 11 they were ready to call security 11 a.m. on me and that I had 10 minutes to pack up my stuff and get out this is how they treated someone who hadn't been out of bed who has c h f seizures and other problems wrong and they give me 10 minutes to get my stuff and get out because they needed a room for a sick person they did not give me the opportunity to take my time get dressed or to do anything at all and I had to wait in there parking lot for 4 hours because my car had two flat tires and I was waiting tow truck. Their security team there steal money from people with different abilities so hold tight or don't bring anything at all I'm very disappointed in Mountain View very I won't even say what happened next to my daughter who has a different ability and the way they treated her throwing her in a car in freezing cold weather and then her coming in the next day to visit me almost in hypothermia a really do not treat you well there at all or protect you in fact I've had security harass me touched me along with I had a nurse who abused me another nurse Jessica who dropped a needle on the floor that was going to go into my port and it did but I thought the cap was on the needle and it was not and she infected my port which caused a lot of grief and distress on my part left me in the hospital for two weeks with a disease infectious specialist. I have reported many nurses to the nursing board and I know action will be taken that's for all those who want to hospital do not go there even centennial's not that great anymore ever since covid a lot of going downhill but Southern Hills is wonderful Summerlin is still pretty good does the B word choices.

Possibly the weirdest Walgreens location but it gets the job done and is conveniently located - IF you can find it. I booked my booster here online and drove by the day before to scout my route and couldn't find it. I called and staff were helpful about explaining that this Walgreens is inside a medical center building and there is no exterior signage. HOW TO FIND IT: Use your GPS to get to roughly the right building. Look for the Subway sandwich shop sign. Go in the main entrance by the Subway and it's on your right. Once I had the info, I found it just fine. Staff were prompt to help me. I asked and was able to come by a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment and they helped me faster since no one was there, which I appreciated. Convenient location to pickup a prescription immediately following an appointment in this building or at the hospital nearby but if you don't know where it is, it's kind of confusing.

I have been getting the same medication for at least 10yrs. I moved my medication to this location. Up until this current month I have never had a problem. This month though I have had numerous issues with this Walgreens obtaining my medication. The customer service went from 5 stars to 3 stars for me. I have to say that in the end. I was given bonus points. Which was very nice on their behalf to do for all of the issues we have been having around my medication I would recommend this location for pharmacy needs. Because they never run out of what you need. As it's connected to the hospital which makes it even more convenient.

I used to use this Walgreens all the time. The hours they were open just stopped being convenient for me. They always seemed to be really good for me. I just don't like that they aren't open on weekends and that they are only open from 8-5 on weekdays. Another small thing is one employee there just doesn't seem to have a good attitude to me. Fluctuating Reflection
My work partner and I came in at the exact same time with the exact same prescription from the exact same Doctor!! They told my partner they needed 72 business day hours to verify his prescription, on a Friday afternoon, while he's standing there in extreme pain.. But the person at the next to them filled my prescription just fine with very few words.. Told me it would take an hour and a half to fill, asked if I was leaving or staying for the time, told them I was staying and waiting, so they said they would call my name.. Two hours passed, many other's prescriptions were filled, I went up to ask about mine and it had already been done a long while ago, just sitting on the shelf.. worker told me it was because I didn't sign up for there text message alerts!! She then continued to hassle me about not having a points card and for not agreeing to let them message me whenever they felt like, holding my prescription as if hostage while she beratted me..I strongly recommend not using this or any Walgreens for your prescriptions, ever!! Find another pharmacy!!
