We ordered some custom cupcakes and they gave them to us totally damaged. After talking with a manager for an hour, they tried to give us a refund, but told us they couldn’t refund us, and we would have to call Walmart corporate. What a joke. Never go to this bakery.

The self checkout register couldn't find my item. It was mandarins. It also didn't recognize my own bags...even after I hit the "start I have my own bags" button! Go figure!

The SiteToStore service is a nightmare. The two times I've used this service I arrive to the store to be told "it's going to be awhile" as the employees can never find the item.
