This is the Worst Walmart ever. Nobody to wait on you. THRY MAKE YOU CHECK YOURSELF OUT. IM DISABLED. NOW THEY TOOK AWAY THE WHEELED SHOPPING CARTS ON PURPOSE. They said they were stolen. That's a lie. They are the worst. This is the closest Market to my house. I refuse to go anymore. They even made it so you can't rate their Walmart on Facebook. I called the company they won't do anything to change anything. I've Stopped shopping Walmart. Tomorrow I'm changing Pharmacies too. No more. NO STARS. They make you put at least one star but they don't even deserve one.

I am at the neighborhood Walmart now they have no cashiers at all to ring your stuff up I had a shopping cart full of things that they wanted me to ring up on my own I've also asked for some assistance in the liquor department and they stated that they cannot leave their post this is ridiculous if I wanted to work at Walmart I would have applied for a position. Someone definitely needs to do something about this store

I ordered some household items via curbside. This will be my new way of shopping at Walmart. Matt brought my items to the trunk of my car and there was no wait. He was courteous and helpful. Thank you!

I went in here trying to get a few grocery items and when I asked one person where I could find the strawberries she told me that she was off duty and walked away. The second person I asked told me that he didn't think that they had any strawberries I was looking for. I found them in the end but I will not be back. I know its walmart but first thing in the morning, you shouldn't be a problem to help someone. They need to work on there customer service or at least fake it until you make it.

I used to go to the neighborhood store on Charleston and Jones. The one on lake Meade is out of my way. I was so surprised how clean and stocked the store was just by walking in. But customer service was great. No lines and everyone was very friendly worker and other customers. I will drive several miles away to shop there from now on. Thank you to all your staff and management

I came in for a quick trip for orange juice. They didn't have my particular type i drink. Its 8 30 am you would think it would be up and ready by now the juice area and wall deli was gutted. I hate to see what a monday morning looks like since sunday is the busiest day of the week. The real question is where is the director? Probably doing some useless paper work or on a conference call. Or just a lazy guy who expects respect but doesn't want to earn it. To get employees to be more productive or attract quality associates you need to get working when needed. I work retail and my store has major problems as well as the company has major problems. But this looks pretty bad.

This store is very clean and organized. The employees are great. We strive for excellence and it's our job to make sure the customers are satisfied and happy. "Save money, live better" I love working here. Store manager (RL) is always working. When he moves we all move. All as a unit, and I just started and already love this place.

I shop at this Walmart once a week for the past year and I have never been treated like I was today. As I'm walking out with my full cart of paid groceries etc and trying to get my toddler into the cart as he is ready to leave a worker that I've never seen her name is "Esther" very rudely walked up very close to me looking in my bag as I'm getting my sunglasses out asking me if everything is ok? I was getting my sunglasses? As I see 10+ people in the store stealing but she chose to harass me. I do not appreciate that at all. I know Walmart is bad but I've never experienced that kind of horrible treatment from a worker. Walmart you seriously need to get some better employees

Surprisingly the Walmart at 4505 w Charleston isnt listed on yelp, this is the worst Walmart on the face of the planet, every time I come here these people sink a new low to treat people like a piece of crap and they only have 2 registers open at 11:30 at night they close down one of their main doors at 8 p.m. they close all of the self-checkout before 11 p.m. and this is what happens. I purposely stayed in the longer of the two lines just to screw with them

We have shopped at this store for years, as long as you are there early in the morning, it is fine. We gave up on the pharmacy due to poor service and rude employees. A while ago I decided to try them again. I had to wait for them to open today as they were late. I was told my prescriptions would be ready at 11:00 a.m. At 12:20 I called and was put on hold for about 12 minutes, I called back and they answered immediately. I asked about the prescriptions and was told they couldn't fill the third. No one called to let me know this. When I went to get the 2 and retrieve the original prescription I nicely told the clerk I had try to give this pharmacy another chance, but would not be back. As I was walking away, she made a phishing sound. Reason I quit them a couple of years ago.
The Gentlemen named Josh I believe was very polite, professional and very helpful.Thank you for a great experience! You don't get that much at Wal-Mart's

I bring my dad here once a month to pay bills and grocery shop. My dad had a stroke and only has use of his left side, there are no ride around carts available because they have all been stolen and not replaced. They only have two lines open and it's the beginning of the month. The line to pay Bill's is crazy and only has one worker. They need to hire more people to accommodate their customers.

Good place to buy groceries for slightly cheaper prices than Vons, smith's or Albertsons. The cheapness comes at a price. Literally every one working here is ratchet and ghetto as hell. People who work here literally screaming obscenities from one side of the store to the other. I don't feel comfortable going here, but if I must, I must. It's open until 12 and I work all day so it's usually my only option. I recommend not going in with more money than you need just incase you get mugged by one of the loiterers in the parking lot.
