This Pharmacy staff are not only kind and friendly to deal with, but during this pandemic crisis, they even went a step above and during the vaccine shots the Pharmacist herself who gives the shots also gets friendly to ask how do you feel and checks up on you during your 15 minutes of wait time. She also listens to the people very closely and caters to every need the person has. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better person. Thank you Walmart Pharmacy for your friendly customer service.I just wish I would have wrote down her name.

This Walmart is just creepy. Terrible customer service, and I do not feel safe here.

Took 20 minutes to get something out of the cosmetics department after pressing the button and listening to one of the workers on the next aisle who thought his conversation with another worker was more important then helping the customer. I understand Walmart employees don't get paid crap and they're overworked, but when u accept a crap job it's not the customers fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I was at walmart today and i had a really fast and nice cashier. Her name was tina. I really liked the way she smiled and how she talked to me and treated me while i was there. She bagged my things really fast and it was great.. Thank you and i will definitely be coming back..

If you're not willing to kiss all the employees in the mouth, don't shop here. You may get far more intimate biological contact with the staff than you plan to. I was shopping and passed an employee drinking from a 2 liter bottle of Dr. Pepper. While odd, I didn't immediately think something was wrong. It was when he put the cap back on and put the bottle back on the shelf that I became concerned. When I confronted him about it, he laughed and walked away. When I was able to track down a manager(David Ell), he was with one of the loss prevention staff(Robert). Robert called me a liar and told me to stop talking. David just stood there ignoring me. I was able to find the store manager(Violeta Amiorkova), and explained the situation to her. She asked me if I had considered that the 2 liter was his personal drink, to which I replied that items placed on shelves and walked away from are technically for sale. She said she would have a talk with employees about having personal drinks on the floor, to which I explained that health code actually already has rules against what was done. She did not seem to understand the gravity of the situation. She was dismissive, and even after I brought up the recent icecream licking events, she didn't seem to care. If you are one of those people that want to stay hepatitis, herpes, or other disease -free, I would avoid this business completely.

Worst customer service I been trying to get of hold of someone in the deli department about my order I put in and never pick up and if they do they just hang up the phone when I go in they are just in the back talking and when you get their attention they have an attitude because you interrupt them on their gossip service like this really makes me just take my business somewhere else

This is by far the most upset I've been here and this is my local Walmart. It took 20 min for me to get something out of the cosmetics isle because the items are locked up and no one had keys to open it. I'm beyond upset. No one wants to sit and wait in a isle to purchase things !

I've been using this Walmart and Pharmacy since Rite Aid closed near my house some 9 years ago. I have a chronic illness and I take strong medicine. I've been told all my life that I wouldn't live to see 40. My treatment until 50 was reactive because there is no cure. Mostly treated in emergency rooms and long hospital stays. I've lived a life full of pain which my doctors try to control and give me a better quality of life. Those medications I receive from a specialty pharmacy with frequent approvals and reports by the specialty pharmacist, insurance and doctor. I've even had to sign a medication contract which is really invasive but I don't take illegal drugs, recreational drugs nor drink alcohol. On August 27 Grace basically accused me of being a drug addict. She took offense that I used the specialty pharmacy for my specialty prescriptions. Walmart never had the items and my Specialist referred me to  the pharmacy for people with critical medical needs. The woman asked me what was wrong with me that I needed the medication that was not an opiod . She embarrassed me to no end and wanted me to take a medication not prescribed by my doctor. The complexity of my illness was not a discussion for me to have with someone I had never met. I am now not allowed to use the 6570 Lake Mead Walmart Pharmacy. They called and told me to pick up my Rx and go to another pharmacy. I recorded the conversation because it was so unbelievable. Again, I was not picking up a Rx that would interfere with the Walmart Corporation new anti-opioid policy. What are people with real illness supposed to do. This woman took years of doctors, temporary paralysis, blindness, hospitalization and fight for life out of me. On a particularly bad day on Sept 2 I had to make a life decision and I choose me. Pharmacist Grace (lack of) was playing judge and jury with a person whose complexity of disease she was not familiar. I was treated poorly and insinuated to be an abuser of which I am not. I am a fighter though if you're reading this I hope you are also. Report this action. This thoughtless policy is causing real problems. If I end up in emergency room Walmart I'll be charging it to you. Another thoughtless policy by a administration that is clueless.

My issue is with the Pharmacist at this Neighborhood market. My husband have been treated with pain management for over 10 years. With this who media frenzy of an opioid crisis has caused my husband to be harmed. This pharmacist is on a power trip and is playing Russian roulette with his health. She refused to fill his Oxycodone that he has been on for over 10 years. My husband ended up in the hospital for 4 days due to withdrawal. She took it upon herself to read some articles and come up with a treatment plan that she said she told his pain mgmt doc should follow. Now this pharmacist has NO CLUE on his medical history but yet feels she can now manage his pain. She not only inflicted pain but also emotional pain and suffering. Her comments are discriminating and outrageous. We have no right to be treated so poorly. I please ask for someone to investigate her actions. This is not her first time berating my husband or discriminating against him. Anyone that has had something like this happen please report her. There are people who take their pain medication like they are supposed to for their crippling diseases/issues. Not all of us sell, or abuse them but yet she treats him like a criminal. Please help!

They do have good bakers and some really good bakery items. Try the fresh baked donuts and breads they make in the mornings. I do highly recommend the bakery at this Wal-Mart.

Went shopping there this morning.. 1 checkout lane open.. Norma the associate working the checkout told me I needed to go to self scan.. Went to self scan.. Had assistance from another employee because i had a bunch of groceries.. 2 different scanners locked up.. all while watching the associate on the only open lane get 6 to 8 people checked out.. needless to say.. my groceries are still sitting there and Alberstons across the street got my hard earned $.. never been told i had to use self scan.. try not to so it keep employees working.. I even told Norma I would wait and she had somebody else grab my basket and take it to self scan.. screw this store and Norma.. you all lost a 2 to 3 time a week shopper.

Everyone here is grumpy. Asked for help and the cashier just looked at me and didn't offer to call anyone or assist me.... I'll just shop at Albertsons

Such a terrible walmart. The place feels run down and the liquor is guarded so strictly even for a $10 bottle of vodka. When you push the button for service, nobody comes and you have to chase a person down. Such a terrible store.
