Service and food were superb. Was HAPPY they gave us another table after we asked!! Looking forward to going back. Loved watching the live seafood tanks. The King Crabs looked like something out of a movie!!
The chefs are not messing around here, so I hope you come hungry! I ordered the sea bass and gnocchi, which were shockingly good. Hint of a crisp golden crust on the fish, which was the most delicate buttery fish I've ever eaten. My bestie got the ciopinno which was also fantastic. Caesar salad was crisp and cold with a perfectly balanced dressing and fresh parmesan. We also got the oyster sampler, and all were super fresh with outstanding taste. I highly recommend a visit...
This was our first visit to Water Grill at Caesars Palace which made choosing what to order a little difficult. Everything sounded great. I had the Salmon which was great and because it was our anniversary celebration they surprised us with a special dessert. If we go back to Las Vegas we would go back to this restaurant.
