We had a pretty great experience at Water grill. Service was great, we asked our server her opinion on 2 different appetizers and she was very confident in her answers and she was right! We loved what she recommended. The food was great. We ordered the king salmon roll, scallops and sea bass. Five Star rating well deserved . Service was first class , food was delicious, we savored every last bit of our dinner. Staring with the warm array of breads followed by a crisp tasty salad big enough to share . We each had the Chilean Sea Bass with a side of esquisive Brussels sprouts with tiny potatoes !
We had a late reservation (10:15 p.m.) after a show at Caesars. Restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived. I think most employees were in the process of cleaning up and doing their side work. We were a little hesitant about starting dinner but the hostess, and our server, assured us that is was no problem at all. Dinner was perfect. Had oysters, fish and dessert. Service was great and we had an outstanding time.
