The new crew don’t make baked potatoes at all. I been on several different occasions and they never have them. I would have to go to Wendy’s on Sahara or lake mead when this is across the street.

Ordered my food here on the mobil app because i live less than 5 mins away. Upon arrival all the lights and signs were off found it weird but anyways, I pull into the drive through to grab my order and am greeted kindly. So far so good. I get home and all my food is stone cold. Disgusting. Not returning here again.

I like the taste of the food, but unfortunately the service is 50% down. I normally order takeout and drive thru and on several occasions they have given me food that I didn't order, maybe they gave it to someone else. Not paying attention to what people ask for. It's not the first time it's happened to me. Precisely today, July 9, 2025, I ordered a spicy chicken combo and they gave me a cheeseburger. Personally, I don't like that burger. I didn't realize until I got home and I'm not going to go back 15 minutes to complain... I'm losing more money on gas.

Ordered food for me and my daughter,lady saidy card was locked. After 30 mins on phone with credit card company. My card was never locked. Wendy's do your job correctly

Carlos needs to be put in the back of the kitchen and should not be doing drive thru. He has such an awful attitude. He needs to work on his customer service.

Burnt French toast sticks … no flavor . I got the order in the drive thru , Wound up throwing them away after the first bite never going back to this Wendy’s . This is not the first time Wendy’s has greatly disappointed us.

Dining room was 87F. SUPER HOT. And no one seemed to care. Super slow service (likely understaffed). Drinks machine had no ice and out of many many drinks. Really bad experience at this Wendy's establishment.
