This wendys is ran by thieves. After you place a order on the app the staff acts like they never recieved it. Then the customer care tells theres no way to get a refund but they will give you a free meal. I know it cant be legal to charge people for food they never recieved then tell us theres no possibility for a refund.

Last night, we had to go to the drive-thru to pick up food, and the employee working the window was absolutely one of the worst people you could encounter. My wife is one of the nicest people, and when she started interacting with this employee, the employees rolled her eyes and told my wife, " wrong answer, now go back around because I have someone behind you!" Now, like I said before ' my wife is a very nice person and was 100% ready with a name and number of her delivery ( she has a side hustle), and this employee treated her like garbage!. She finally received the order and we were on our way, but if you hate your job and feel like you need to take out your frustration and anger on whoever gets in your line of sight, quit your job and seek professional help!!

Good but the staff is known to get orders wrong, especially customized orders. Also there's always homeless inside here pretty much from the time they open the lobby until they close it. Also several staff appear to be personal friends with many . They even gave me all 4 jr cheeseburger deluxe's I'd ordered with no meat patty on them.. 3 different times.

you stand at the counter for 10+ plus minutes before being helped or even acknowledged (happened multiple times) plus they should really consider a staff that atleast trys to display basic common

This Wendys location is one of my favorites to visit for their awesome cup of chili with cheese?The employees here are friendly and always helpful. I never had any issues with this location! It's clean and the service is actually quick with a cashier there at the ready like their position calls them to be! If only McDonald's could take some notice of how to properly staff their restaurants,man what a relief that would definitely be huh?*Quick update as of February 19th, 2024*For some reason or another, they finally decided it was time to cover up the only usable wall outlet that was located right on the brick wall next to the far left back end of the restaurant next to the quad seat table. ?Sorry, but that's all folks!Parking: Location is in both the front and the back and also more if you include the use of the most always empty lot next to the drive theu.At least 50 parking spaces available if more.

Dirty.. they let homeless people refill their own bottles using soda machine.. and when I ordered Uber eats there was no safety seals on my drinks. I requested them and they said they no longer do that. I called about it and they hung up on me. They need better staff.

Tonight I had ordered food for my family and it was delivered to me. I got the family nugget meal with no sauce provided at all which comes with 12 sauces my other food was alright. This place always seems to forget something. I will not order again from this
