Ordered ahead so it would be ready or at least they know what they have to make. I ordered a deal from the offers on there mobile app Asiago Ranch Crispy Chicken. Selected drive thru after leaving target. Took about 12 minutes to get there so surely it should be ready. Pull up to the drive thru tell them mobile order pick up my initials because that's how they do it ... I'm told I need to come inside. ??? I go inside it's pretty dead like normal here... But I view about 6 employees standing around doing nothing. One finally ask picking up? Yes mobile order she says oh I must of handed it out wrong because I've got nothing here. I state it was for pick in drive thru but I was told to come inside. Drive thru guy says it's for door dash.... I say no it's not it's for me my mobile order the lady in the back I'm working on it almost ready waiting on chicken. Ok cool. She wraps them up they get bagged. I'm thanked I said thank you. I proceed to drive home orders is wrong.i ordered 2 Asaigo Ranch Crispy Chicken I received 2 chicken sandwiches with lettuce and tomato. Both sandwiches missing RANCH, BACON & CHEESE. So yes ABSOLUTELY NO ONE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING? I've worked fast food how hard is it? In total took OVER 20+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. How? And they're were made wrong! THE SCREENS TELL YOU WHAT TO MAKE!!! HOW DO YOU MAKE IT WRONG!!! The Fryers don't take 20 minutes to cook the chicken!!! Unbelievable this will certainly take Wendy's out of rotation for the family and myself specifically this location unless made right. But viewing all other reviews I see there's a 95% chance nothing happens to resolve this issue or problem for myself and that others have had.

This location is terrible....don't waist your time!! The manager (short Hispanic lady with glasses) is soo rude, even to her workers!! Food is either wrong or over cooked!! To top it off my teenage daughter had a interview and the manager made her sit for over a hour and wait to interview and still didn't interview her!! Wendys should be ashamed!! Just shut this location down and stop waisting people's time!!

I spent $25+ on two large breakfast meals mine was okay my fiance was dissatisfied with everything including the side of biscuits and gravy when I called to say that she wanted a refund for her meal the woman asked me if anything was wrong with it I said she did not like it she tried one bite of the biscuits and gravy that were dry with barely any gravy she took one look at the sandwich and the hash browns said she didn't want any of it the woman said if she doesn't have the entire meal including my order she would not issue a refund of any kind how do you know if anything is good if you can't even try a bite of it to return it

Im sitting on the phone with them as I type and still no answer for the like 5th time. I only wanted a 2 for 3$ and got 6 sandwiches all wrong af (Got charged for it too w/ no receipt)! No wonder this location always empty af , slowest group of workers since they outlawed child labor and even they could've done a better job doing something as simple as reading a ticket order and they had them around all kinds of danger. Save ya time a money !

Horrible customer service! I asked for fresh cookies “ black bald manger” to me flat out no. I asked why he told me because of things were already in the oven. Great. Mind you I was there 2 days prior asking for the same and was told the same.So I asked the young light skinned lady working for an extra pump of pomegranate syrup & for some reason they didn’t have the syrup in which what makes the lemonade blueberry. Nuggets were beyond cold. Overall I was overwhelmed with the customer service and corporate management definitely has to play a part in this because I am a regular and it’s always an horrible experience coming to this place! Last night was my LAST NIGHT! Another customer lost.

The person who took our order was great. One of the sandwiches we ordered was the crispy chicken with no modifications. This was the tomato on the sandwich. I seriously laughed for a solid minute because someone really put the veggies on and was like yeah, that’s the right amount of tomato. At some point just leave it off man.

This is the worst location ever (for dinner at least). I live very close to this Wendy’s and I’m going to choose to drive farther from now on. I like to order in the app for the deals, and they apparently don’t know how to process online orders. I’ve never been to another restaurant where app orders are slower. They take forever even if there are no other customers around. They’ve ignored me both in the drive thru and in the restaurant. And they forget my sauces/condiments every. Single. Time. They’re always out of chocolate frosty’s too. Terrible management. The morning staff has been fine, but the afternoon/night staff is awful.
