I stopped by for a 3 rd try for apple pecan salad, it’s 10:22 am. Not realizing the time I thought it’s a salad, no cooking involved. Employee informed me only breakfast till 10:30. I replied it’s a salad and by the time I get to window it will be 10:30 she replied No come back at 10:30. So they’d rather give up a sale to enforce a cutoff time. I informed her I won’t stop here ever again. she repeated the breakfast schedule again to me. I left. What the hell has happened in this world customer service is down prices are up and nobody gives a damn about anything anymore I’ve gone to McDonald’s at 10:25 1020 and I’ll cook you a hamburger even though they’ve got five minutes to go for breakfast resident and lose a sale for the day Dave would be very upset and it goes against their policy at Wendy’s. They used to be good, but you’re right all the hamburgers. Every time I get one it’s cold. It’s not fresh cooked anymore unless you request it I won’t be back to the store Three times was enough.

Schitt I waited for more than 10 minutes to even place our order nobody in line but me I'm not even exaggerating I got there at 6:35pm didn't get back to the house until a Lil after 7 with no food ..... after waiting forever to place the order it came out in less than 5 minutes, cold fries and I asked for fresh fries so I checked the burgers and they were almost warm they would've been ice cold by the time the fresh fries came out and I got home so I just asked for a refund it's sad the 2 Wendy's locations near home always give us cold food the Carl's Jr across the street isn't any better but the prices keep going up

Mobile order 5 minutes before. Pulled up to an empty drive through. Took a couple minutes for meals to be ready. Food came out hot and delicious.

So, ordered a Baconator with a single patty. Thought they gave me a Jr Baconator by mistake. Was told they no longer serve jrs. That was a normal patty. The patty was about 50% thinner. Same price though. I think i’ll go to McDonald’s next time. Same price for much more meat.

They had a freestyle soda machine but none of the soda was even stocked. The lady behind the counter was nice enough to get drinks for us. The new chicken sandwich is pretty basic tho.
If you get a number two which is double patties and cheese and normally would come with lettuce tomato onion and pickle you pay twelve dollars for it and it's extra if you want the lettuce in tomato... Spoke with Samantha and she said that they changed the menu.She was very nice but I tell you what I will boycott going to win these again.They wanna make their bonuses billions of dollars.You know what they can kiss?Not going back again.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Instead of lettuce and tomato on sandwich only pickles (what??). Both sandwich and fries tasted old. Beware!!

Ordered two jr cheeseburgers and a triple cheeseburger. Delivery didn’t take long at all, but all three burgers came with cheese that was unmelted and the burger patties seemed like they were old and cold from sitting out. Absolutely horrible experience
