Everything my family and I ordered through the drive-through was intentionally meant to write this, meaning there was so much salt on the chicken nuggets dipped in sauce, that the bag was dripping of sauce that my son stopped the car went in to get napkins and an extra bag,my chicken sandwich and my mothers chicken sandwich was so salty., my daughter‘s french fries were so overdone now we drove about a mile and a half home when we got home we opened the bag to this disgusting $27 ordeal. I tried calling them about 10-12, times no one picks up honestly so beyond disrespected .beware!!

This is the most laziest Wendy's I've ever came to, literally only one other person was waiting for their food and then I ordered only one Burger! took them over 20 minutes to make one burger for a to go order. no apology or offer water while I'm still waiting. Maybe they're hoping that if I wait long enough I'll just ask for a refund since they don't want to work. a restaurant takes less time to bring out food than what these people made for one hamburger mind you I didn't even ask for Fry's or a drink! not worth your time.

Walked in and saw nothing but emptiness, and afterwards I see why no one is here. Customer service was non existent. No one to take the order. Finally placed an order through the mobile app. After placing my order, I was told they did not have regular nuggets and would have to give spicy nuggets. Received our food and it was cold and not fresh. My orange Fanta was Fanta cherry. The guy who gave it to me thought I wouldn’t notice, but I did. While eating, I noticed a couple come in, and a family of 3. They waited for someone to take their order but never got helped so they all ended up leaving. I’m not sure how this place stays open. For such an empty place, it’s amazing how slow they can be.

Nearly every table was dirty, but several employees were standing around on their phones. They were definitely on the clock because when called to the front they would go then sit down again. Took 3 minutes for the first order to be taken because the employee was wandering around the kitchen talking to others and chewing gum with his mouth wide open. Eventually came and took 1 order, then walked away to socialize again when someone else was waiting at the counter. The manager was nice and came to take my order, but the other workers were horrible. After we ordered, the boy stood at the counter on his phone, leaning against the wall. Not a single table was cleaned while we ate there.
