I went here in the last hour before they closed. They were slow. The fiis was obviously old and tasted, and ir gave me food poisening. I dint think I'll ever be able to eat at Wendy's again, and I really like them.

What’s the point of a mobile order if I still have to get Parked an wait another 10-15 min for my food. One car was in the drive through an no one else but that car an myself is being parked. Then my fries are cold. What was I waiting

^DO NOT GO HERE ^ ACCORDING to these employees you will not be put first if it is online^^^I am a full time med school and do Uber on the side, went to go inside to pick up my the order for the customer, I noticed the line was very long outside, I was standing at the counter for 15 mins^ trying to be patient. ONLY PERSON INSIDE AT THE TIME, saying hello can someone help me please …they were straight up ignoring, then the younger lady comes out, probably in high school still, and says “WE CAN NOT PRIORITIZE UBER OR DASH ORDERS UNTIL THIS LINE IS DONE”…….excuse me??? A customer ordered food online first BEFORE any of those people were in that drive way?!? She throws the food in the bag and says here’s her order! I go back to my car, I come back in because I am missing items… the employee then goes to proceed to tell me she gave the customer a chicken sandwich when the customer ordered a cheeseburger?!? Make that make sense… I’m sorry what?! I explain she’s still missing her food, no fries, or chicken nuggets are in the bag?!? Some people should just be automatically terminated and this is a prime situation and example!! This situation will be looked into, uber has been informed and the district manager will be next! ?

The food was good but the frosty cold brew was so bad we just threw them away. The color was an off white and it did not taste like it had coffee in it at all, im sure she forgot to add the coffe in, it tasted like sweet milk. It was so disappointing ? it was my first time trying it and was so excited for it but it was a major let down.

I've been coming to this Wendy's for almost 35 years now. The people and the ambiance may have changed, but they still make the greasiest, best burgers. However, 37 bucks for 3 people to eat is just outrageous. Minus 1 star for that.

If I could give it, no stars I would. Four cars in the drive-through nobody in the parking lot and it takes 20 minutes to get your food. This is happened more than once. Will not go there again.
