Always clean, never crowed, the servers move quickly and I never wait too long for the food.

Every time I have to go through the drive-through I always hope that I get Anthony as my worker to deal with that guy takes the most pride in his work that Iâve ever seen anybody do that guy deserves a raise. Heâs awesome. Iâve always continue to support this restaurant in this location because of him.

Check your food twice!
They need to hire more people and people who know what they are doing. They are so slow it took over 30 mins to receive a take out order. Tara is great and is the only one who does her job correctly. Please hire more people, people who are fast kind and know what they are doing. Cory is Terrible and should be let go

I went to pick up an Uber Eats order. Someone was there and left me waiting while they prepared other orders. I waited 10 minutes and was forced to call out to them so they would take care of my order.
The food worker was BLEEDING this morning from his knuckle and still tried to make a pot of coffee so I could get my order!!!! I LEFT! HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GO HERE!!!

But my burger was mad đ„¶cold.
Can barely hear in the drive thru, when we mentioned it to the girl she was super rude letting us know that she was âalready aware.â They forgot our burgers, we waited at the window, when the kid finally checked why we were still there, he just handed us the burger with no apology. Customer service is definitely lacking at this location. If it wasnât the closest one to our house we would go elsewhere.

I made a mobile order as I have in the past and when I arrived less than 15 minutes later, they said it wasnât ready because their system doesnât get the mobile orders for 10 to 15 minutes, which is an absolute lie because Iâve had orders from there in the past.

Alyssa in drive thru was rude and ignorant. As I was ordering she asked if I needed help understanding the menu, as I am ordering multiple items she interrupted several times with an attitude saying yup! Yup! I paused and asked her if she had a problem and she said what size frosty! As I continued to order she interrupted and told me to hold on. Moments late a deep female voice came in the speaker yelling what size frosty!? I became so disgusted with this experience and individuals I pulled to the window where I observed these two females laugh and run away. I waited till someone finally came to the window and asked for a manager. The manager, Erica came to the window I attempted to tell her my complaint and she interrupted saying she was in the back abd had no idea. Again, the interrupting rude behavior I just asked for corporate phone number. Erica had me wait and came back with a blank napkin and a marker with no number. I again asked for the number and she walked away and gave me the stores phone number with her name on it. Ridiculous behavior all around. Do better for your job and your own well being.

I placed a delivery order through Postmates at 11:50 pm and it is now 12:37 am and I still donât have my food. The app said that Wendyâs has been âwrapping upâ for 30 minutes and Iâve had 3 drivers cancel & get replaced so I call Wendyâs to ask what was going on and the lady tells me that she doesnât see the order on the computer. Mind you, Iâve been using Postmates for years and placed hundreds of orders and Iâve never had this type of issue where the restaurant âdoesnât seeâ my order. The lady on the phone was blatantly lying and saying she doesnât know whatâs going on and even tried to say that I didnât place the order to that specific restaurant when I am literally looking at the same exact address on Postmates and the Wendyâs that I called. Lying on the phone and not making my simple order of chicken nuggets is crazy lol.
