The chicken nuggets were overcooked so were the fries. Soda was the only thing good. Hamburgers not so good either, also overcooked dry. Puked in my mouth twice after. ☹️

The French fries taste like they've been cooked in old oil, brown and nasty. They got our order totally wrong. Thought giving us double the fries instead of what we ordered. We went back to get our order remade and it look forever. This place gives Wendy's a really bad name. Stay away.

Had roach in my food that's all I can say while staff thought this was a funny matter I've reported to the health district .. staff are like little children the manger is no better Isabella is no better with her attitude .. like it was my fault ..what a joke this is why I stay away from fast food . So I’m a family of 7. We arrived in the front counter to order our food and the man behind the counter gave us a look. He asked, are you guys all together? Umm yes I answered. Is there a problem? So you guys are going to make a big order? He replied. Umm yes I’m a big group so it’s going to be a big order. Then he said your big order is going to back up our orders and for us to wait. I was shocked when he said that. And with an attitude he replied. Then I asked for a manager and the rest of the employees in the back walked back and hid. And he said it’s just us here. Then I asked for his name and he said, I can’t display my name. Very poor customer service and unacceptable. I would give it a 0 star but that isn’t a choice. My family and I wouldn’t have mind the wait but the way we got received and what he said does not make me want to go to this restaurant location ever again.

HORRIBLE, the service from the girl taking my order was terrible, I ordered a Baconator took them about 15 minutes when I open the burger there wasn’t even sauce no bacon just two pieces of meat in between a bun and fries were alright. 2/10

Very slow service even when they are not all that busy. Food is often stale too. Mobile app often doesn't work because their communications are down. So when you have an offer to take advantage of, you can't use it even if they manually scan the code at the counter. This has happened twice in as many months. No offer to provide a solution to the problem either.
