I waited for awhile to even place my order in person. As they were handling the register. During this time I was getting hungry until finally some tall cute human looked over at me, got my attention and signaled me almost as if they were saying “you can order now”
I approached the front, unsure of what I wanted to order so this cute funny person helped me out and recommended me some options.
I did proceeded to order a biggie bag double Bacon Stack Burger, all plain, no cheese.
As I waited for my food, I got myself a drink from the machine, soda doesn’t really have caffeine in it, tastes water downed, bummer. I asked and they kindly refilled my drink with was sooo much better yay.
When I got my order, I stumbled upon a note on my tray saying “Call Me Cutie :3” following with their number 😳
Fries really good, nice salt, hot damn 🤤 Burger….has cheese….😑 I went to the front and got an exchange, yay 😃
Chicken nuggets, I got 5 instead of 4?? 😳 Inconsistent…don’t know how to do their job right. Hey but at least I got an extra. Next time do better.
Other than that, everything was decent. 😄

Sent my fiancé to go get us food and he came back with this….. they say a picture is worth a thousand words…. This looks like it maybe was sitting there for hours and they refried it to heat it up….I’ve worked in fast food before and would know… super disappointed because it’s not like the food was free

I came through the drive through on July 11 at around 1:50 pm. I pulled into the drive through and noticed a couple new menu items so I asked politely may I please have a minute? She said nothing.. about 10 seconds later she said I'm ready for your order!! I said again may I please have a minute? And was rudely greeted back with something in Spanish over the speaker. There was not 1 car in front of me or behind me so I thought I'd be okay to look for more than 10 seconds. I didn't realize Iit was an inconvenience to the lady at the window so I pulled off and left. God knows what the lady said over the speaker in Spanish. Very rude

Most horrible experience, ordered my food people after us got their food but I waited 25 minutes and I had to ask where it was and they didn’t even start it they lady at the register had no idea what she was doing, there was no soda in the machine had to wait for them to grab us some from the back and the lady at the register just stood there and didn’t help. The soda was gross and watery, No ketchup stocked, and there was no changing table in the bathrooms in the state of Nevada every restaurant should have a changing table in either the woman’s or the men’s bathrooms. I had to ask for my money back because that was ridiculous!
