Very unfriendly, not listening to customer to get order correct, messing up said order. Worst Wendy's ever!! Oh and they were taking people walking through the drive thru!

Horrible food! Can't even get fries and chicken strips right! The fries were dark drown and stuck together by oil, the chicken had to have been fried while frozen....so gross! Never again!

I thought Wendy's made fresh food. Had ro return all my burgers dried up and cold. Replacement burgers weren't much better. Chili was warm not hot enough for cheese to melt. So disappointed avoid this Wendy's especially after dark. Think I'm done with this one.

THOUGHT GOING INSIDE WOULD BE QUICKER BEING THAT IT WAS LIKE 6 CARS IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH JUST TO GET DISAPPOINTED. I SAID HOW YOU DOING TO THE YOUNG GUY TWICE HE ACT LIKE HE DIDN'T WANNA SPEAK. HE TOOK MY ORDER I TOLD HIM I WANTED FRESH FRIES AND NUGGETS. A GUY CAME IN LIKE 10 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED. THE GUY STOOD IN LINE BOUT 5 MINUTES HE STARTED YELLING SAYING IS ANYBODY TAKEN ORDER'S HE MUST HAVE SCARED YOUNGSTER A LITTLE BIT BECAUSE HE MADE HIS FOOD FRESH WITHIN 5 MINUTES. SO I SAID HOW HE GET HIS FOOD BEFORE ME WHEN I BEEN HERE WAY BEFORE HIM, YOUNGSTER SAID HE GOT SPICY NUGGETS PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT DOES THAT HAS TO DO WITH ME STANDING THERE WAITING ON MY ORDER. THE HISPANIC MANGER WALK UP AND I SAID I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS GUY COME IN WAY AFTER ME AND GET HIS FOOD FRESH AND OUT IN 5 MINUTES. SHE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TO SAY. A YOUNGER HISPANIC GIRL WALKED UP WITH A BROOM AND DUSTPAN LIKE SHE HAD BEEN CLEANING. SHE SAID WHAT DID YOU ORDER I TOLD HER SHE PUT MY FOOD IN THE BAG AND GAVE IT TO ME. I FEEL SHE A BETTER WORKER THEN ALL THEM. SHE NEED'S TO BE IN THE FRONT AND THE YOUNGSTER AND MANAGER NEED'S TO BE SOMEWHERE CLEANING CAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING UP THERE.

I normally wouldn’t take the time to write something like this, but I had a very frustrating experience at this location today. First, I waited over 8 minutes for my chicken tenders. Then, I had to drive through a second time just to get the sour cream I had already requested with my baked potato. When I finally got back to my office, I realized I had been given the completely wrong order—and there was no straw for my drink either. I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the issue, but no one answered. This level of service is disappointing, especially when fast food workers are pushing for higher wages. I fully support fair pay, but it needs to come with a corresponding level of care and attention to detail. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting this location during the day.

Went with $100 bill drive thru after ordering and the guy grabbed the money looked at me gave it back said we don’t take this. The manager then said sorry no cash in the drawer. How does a well established business not have change for $100 this is 2025. I went to Mc Donald’s as my child
Was hungry they gladly took it and had change. What a negative experience to have enough money to pay and I can’t get food?! Horrible service up your cash drawer $100 isn’t $1000. Won’t be going back

I ordered the 2 for $3 sausage muffin and when I got to my location.The sausage was well overcooked and cold. Tried calling the store only to go to a fax machine. Not a good look wendy's.

The manger was smoking outside ,the cooked served me a extra hard muffin with cold meat and cheese.they both appeared not to want customers, it was distasteful

Came in for breakfast no breakfast potatoes. Alarm going off in the back they just just ignored it when asked to turn it off her response will just come back on checken burnt tiny bacon bits not bacon soda machine out of flavors. Do NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS HORRIABLE!!!!! Spoke to the manager and he just told me not to come back!!

I know a Wendy’s review that’s not good imagine … usually a decent Wendy’s so maybe tonight was a off night … Friday 8-8-25 around 6 ish they did not do good .. missing a salad every burger that was ordered custom was incorrect … now try to call the number listed on google rings 10
