Just went through the drive thru and man Im disappointed at how this Wendy's location operates. So today Saturday March 8th around 9:40-9:55 the drive thru cashier was very pushy and seem to just want no one ordering. Felt rushed and when I told him to slow down a bit so I can take a chance to look at the menu then decided to let the simple comment bother him to the point he again didn't seem to wanna work or take the order so i simply just left. No need to spend my money and support this business when workers don't want to do their job.

Most of the me and my mom go to this location, which is the closest to my home, and when my mom orders hamburgers with ONLY mustard and “NO cheese”, most of the time still give us burgers with cheese, even though she spoke clearly in to the speaker and it even said “no chesse” on the screen. Always this location adds cheese to burgers when they said no cheese and just mustard.

Do not eat here I have eaten here on several occasions being that it is down the street from my house but unfortunately on the jan 24th 2025 I ordered food late at night and I only ate the fries and the vanilla Frosty that came in my order within an hour I was throwing up and was in the bathroom on the toilet for almost 14 hours straight before I can get to an urgent care to make sure that it wasn't the flu they assured me that it was not the flu that I had food poisoning so that tells me this place does not clean out their Grease clean out their frosting machine or their ice machines I will also be turning them into the health department and the fact that the girl that has been manager there for quite a while with her little team at the window laughing amongst themselves last night was already weird shows that they must have known that people were getting food poisoning throughout the night shame on you Wendy's you really should look at your facility over there and maybe everywhere I will never eat at a Wendy's ever again as being a healthcare worker and having to lose 2 days consisting of 22 hours very unacceptable not to mention maybe they should eat their own food and see how it feels you do realize food poisoning can kill somebody 7355 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123

I went there for lunch,. The inside was locked so I had no choice but to go through drive thru. My fries were potato chips and those had to be remade. Only to get back to work and see that I got spicy nuggets, I never asked for. The meat on my sandwich was chili meat. My bacon was hard as a rock and there were no modifications that I asked for. I used to love wendys upon a time. And now it's truly disappointing.

I like this location a lot. They are always quick, and they never mess up my food like some of the other locations, and the food is always pretty good.

Horrible service! Ordered nuggets, fries, chili & frosty, at $30. Was given my frosty and parked. Waited 8 mins as my frosty melted before the MANAGER finally brought out my bag. I get home and realize they forgot my chili. Tried to call the store multiple times but of course no one answered. Go back to the store and pull straight to the window to see the manager & 3 other employees just hanging out around the drive thru window. My chili was sitting right there on the counter.
