I thought Wendy's made fresh food. Had ro return all my burgers dried up and cold. Replacement burgers weren't much better. Chili was warm not hot enough for cheese to melt. So disappointed avoid this Wendy's especially after dark. Think I'm done with this one.
I want to thank Wendy’s for a great experience! I placed my first order through the mobile app — everything was quick and easy. I was really happy with the welcome offer for new users — I got 10 free nuggets just as promised. I also ordered a Frosty and an extra pack of nuggets — everything was fresh and delicious.

Service as always was good - however when I got back to my office I noticed one order of chicken nuggets was the spicy ones, I dont eat spicy, as I am mildy allergic to capsaicin, I called and the phone number goes to a fax, I called the corporate number and while pleasant was unable to provide me with a store number to discuss directly and ensure that they just be more careful when they separate the nuggets - things like this should be addressed quickly and not over weeks - so...
