Like someone mentioned in a earlier review. The menu is off and so how they make the meals. I understand sometimes using sometimes different types of bread and the types of lettuce but adding pickles to a spicy chicken sandwich!? Soda machine had no ice, was charged for a ranch and a bbq sauce, and dinning area looks like it needs a remodel. Place should be remodeled and staff retrained

The people at this Wendy's are so wonderful. They're kind they are welcoming and when I walk in that store even though I don't spend a lot of money, I always feel like I am with my friends. I don't understand the rest of these places because the quality is good and I would do anything for these people just because they've always been so kind to me. Wendy's is thinking about concentrating on chicken and they should it's absolutely the best I have ever tasted . I haven't tried the tenders but the nuggets are to die for

I appreciate the consistency of service and quality of food across all the Wendy's Ive dined from. I love the lemonades and of course the frostys. My only complaint is I wish they would bring the summer fruit cups back. Otherwise always good across the board.

Yesterday I ordered a meal here. I got everything I ordered. Everything was cool. Except when I opened my burger it had black dusting/marks on it that at first vaguely look like shoe prints. I'm not sure if it was, but I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and assumed the bread was faulty/flour burnt or whatever. Cool. Meal was fine. I ate it anyway cause I hate wasting food. Especially nowadays.

Now I'm suffering from food poisoning. I suspect the burger was the issue. Either way, if an employee stepped on it — I get it, stressful day, minimum wage but I don't determine your hourly pay. I don't deserve to get food poisoning. Wouldn't recommend.

JW BUSINESS

Came to this location multiple times. Typically me and my wife place an order on the drive thru mobile order. We came here one time at 6:30 AM when they were supposed to be opened and we placed a mobile order that went through. We pulled up to the drive-through where nobody spoke. Waited there for 3 minutes, and then pulled up to the window where all the lights were on, and nobody was there. We poured all the way back around to the front of the store, where an employee was just standing outside. We asked her where everyone went, she didn’t even speak English. The next day we came back and we wanted to order the son of baconator, the woman claims she couldn’t help us with the mobile order then she had a nerve to tell us the baconator isn’t available… but it’s on your app… like ok. I lost it. The wait time is horrific, even though there’s no customers in the drive thru or restaurant. They will literally tell you to go to the curbside then have you wait for your order for 20 minutes. The service is pour. The food is decent. Wouldn’t recommend.

They have improved!! I had lightning fast service in-store for dinner. I literally got my food seconds after my receipt and their meal deals kept a meal for 2 very inexpensive!

Arrived at 10:56 PM was trying to order two cars pulled up behind me in the drive-through and they shut the lights off on the menu board at 10:59. Then came on the loudspeaker at 11 o’clock and said sorry we’re closed at 11 and I explained that I as well several other people have been in line through their drive-through waiting for them well before 11 o’clock very very poor other people upset as well They obviously wanted to run out the clock and do no work. Sure enough as I write this they’re walking out the door so obviously they had shut down everything well before I ever pulled up

Dining room was deserted.
Bathroom was atrocious! Reeked of urine!!!! Badly.
This dining establishment appears to be breaking down and waiting to be closed.

Wendy's here on Eastern & Serene my husband and baby walk in there yesterday and turn completely around. This place smells like sewage line was back up and Wendy's food doesn't taste the same to me anymore.

The service here sucks. They cannot multitasking and I made a mobile order ahead of time why do I have to pull in front. Today when I went again, why are you not assisting me and leaving me at the drive thru saying hello hello are you ready for me. And still not responding. I'm tired of giving this location chances. I'd rather drive out of my way for better service and food.
