Arrived at 10:56 PM was trying to order two cars pulled up behind me in the drive-through and they shut the lights off on the menu board at 10:59. Then came on the loudspeaker at 11 o’clock and said sorry we’re closed at 11 and I explained that I as well several other people have been in line through their drive-through waiting for them well before 11 o’clock very very poor other people upset as well They obviously wanted to run out the clock and do no work. Sure enough as I write this they’re walking out the door so obviously they had shut down everything well before I ever pulled up

The menus are off! Badly! Thought I was getting a baconator combo for $7.99. NOPE! NEARLY 12 BUCKS! The menu lied! Dining room was deserted. Bathroom was atrocious! Reeked of urine!!!! Badly. This dining establishment appears to be breaking down and waiting to be closed.

Wendy's here on Eastern & Serene my husband and baby walk in there yesterday and turn completely around. This place smells like sewage line was back up and Wendy's food doesn't taste the same to me anymore.

The service here sucks. They cannot multitasking and I made a mobile order ahead of time why do I have to pull in front. Today when I went again, why are you not assisting me and leaving me at the drive thru saying hello hello are you ready for me. And still not responding. I'm tired of giving this location chances. I'd rather drive out of my way for better service and food.

It was my first time there in several years, and I did go through the drive-through. So, unfortunately , atmosphere I couldn't judge the atmosphere completely. 2 people in the drive up they were both very friendly and really trying to hustle cookies. I ordered a combo meal was about $14 I did not make it a large and my thought it was kinda expensive for a burger and frys and a drink. I probably will not be going back anytime soon because of the price, although they do have an app that possibly could have saved me a few bucks, im guessing. Anyway thanks for reading :)

Went to pick up DoorDash order. I was told ketchup was in bag and had to come back to store to get it. No apologize terrible customer service
The food is great as usual but the employees made fun of a seemingly homeless woman. The woman seemed to have mental issues and lacked the finances to pay. As soon as she left, the employees were mocking the woman loudly even when there were customers in the dining area. This did not make a good impression on me specially when those mocking employees were mostly from foreign countries.

Drive-through was prompt, friendly and took time to cook my French toast sticks fresh! The young man at the drive thru window showed tenacity working with a smile and a swollen eye. God is Good💯

I had the worst experience at this location. The hamburgers were messy with the amount of condiments that were put on the hamburgers, and they were cold. Chicken nuggets cold, chili was too thick no juice. I hate to say it, but I will not be visiting this location again.
