Gina Hines served me today and let me tell you she is so lovely. She hustles, is polite, efficient and when everyone is complaining how busy they are, Gina carries a tray for a man who can't. She makes sure he is settled in and goes back to her work.
The food was great. There was no skimping, squished lacking food. Everything hot and fresh.

I like being able to use mobile pay in person and they are good about figuring out how to do it. Good food for good prices (especially with a coupon and a frosty tag!)

SOLIDARITY, had ordered food through the drive thru. Used a sweet $3.00 off coupon, even the register lady said that’s a good one. lol we ordered baconator large Dr Pepper, biscuit and gravy and strawberry pop tart fusion frosty frosty fusion you know what I mean lol it was so good. Everything was good. I’m so fresh as soon as we paid the lady told us to pull forward. I literally got off the car immediately to retrieve catch-up because I know they don’t put it in the bag if you don’t ask for it as soon as I get in though he’s like can I help you with something I was like I just ordered to the drive-through. I just want to catch up. She told me to wait for her food. Do you know if she’s reaching out to her team? Apparently, they already had delivered the food and I was waiting there like a crazy man. Great communication great service.
Wendy’s is getting better with their food. The burgers are not as dry anymore, and the burger buns are now moist. They need to work on the lettuce I feel. The star of the store is still the Frosty’s! There are more varieties to choose from and are a great ending note to any meal. Their Frosty’s are way more generous than McDonalds, and cheaper. (Medium size). The Chili is still good as well as the chicken nuggets. Their fries are being more paid attention too as well. They are not as soggy anymore. Giving them a B+ now!
