I ordered a chicken croissant with extra honey butter sauce and I got a dry sandwich, and it clearly says extra butter sauce on receipt, took so l9ng to take my order that I thought they were close and there was 1 car in the drive thru, get it together

Absolutely love Wendy's every time I come! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is always a hit and pairs perfectly with their crispy, golden fries. Great meal and fantastic experience every visit. Highly recommend! 🍔🍟✨

Went thru the drive thru here for a quick bite and my sandwich was dry and hard. My fries also tasted like they’d been fried in old oil. I wasn’t too far from home so I came back in and they remade my meal with no fuss, which I appreciated. My only other complaint was that the person at the register didn’t ask what kind of sandwich I had before, so I ended up getting a spicy sandwich which I would’ve preferred not to
