Got our food through the drive through. It was hot and fresh. We like to dip our fries in their cheese sauce so we order some cups of it. They acted kinda weird about it and we had to wait for them to make more, but we didnt wait long and our food was delicious.

Everytime I come here, They have do something new that make the experience WORSE. Burgers never Fresh, You can taste and tell that its microwaved to be heated. Order a combo, they give everything but the fries and have the audacity to say, You didnt order a combo! Well why do u ask what drink and size I want if the fries are NOT INCLUDED IN THE MEAL!! Most of the workers are kids or another race to the point where the young people dont wanna hear you, and the other race can’t UNDERSTAND what you’re saying so they do what they THINK is best. Thats a NO GO! I advised everyone go a COOK TO ORDER burger spot Like Freddys, Fatburber, In and out or FiveGuys!

Did not give me the correct order at the window when I asked for my remaining items they said that they were in my bag they weren’t and I tried to ask for them and she shut the window and refused to give me my item
Came to eat at 8:45 pm and they have the dining room closed everyone stared at us and no one could even say that they were closed. on the door it said till 10 pm they were open.

Specifically went for a Krabby Patty Meal for my child. I called in advance to ask if they had this available and a male employee confirmed they did. What I received upon ordering was a regular burger in a regular paper bag without the frosty advertised in their drive thru. When I asked for clarification on what makes it a “Krabby Patty” meal, the lady was very short when saying it’s the sauce …. and the frosty, that I didn’t get until I pointed out that it was missing. My order of this single patty burger, small fries and kid frosty + an apple pecan salad came to $25. On a separate note, Irv’s Burgers does have the Krabby Patty meal as advertised for a limited time.
