I ordered online, and when I arrived at the store 20 minutes later, they hadn't even taken my order off the machine, let alone started making it. They were all playing around; they were so childish, they'd be better off playing with toys at home.

Horrible customer service, they ignore you, very cold, no asking you if you need help, they always avoid being near the counter so they don't have to help and are more focused with drive thru than dine in customers.. no smile, they're so miserable there and it shows, they need a morale boost

I visit this location every day, but lately I’m not sure what is going on. They are consistently out of basic items—no potatoes, no chili, no sauces, no cup holders, and no beverages such as Coke or Dr Pepper. I’m not sure if they are having issues receiving their deliveries or if there has been a change in management, but this has been an ongoing problem and has made my visits frustrating.

They need to change the grease on their fries. I'm so livid! All I wanted was fries but of course you have to order more via Uber eats. Spent damn near $20 and the fries were inedible. Incompetence at its finest.

This Wendy’s is hit or miss. Today no one showed up to work, I was there at 7 and no one was inside the store. A few days ago, they forgot an item, and forgot to give me a second straw for my drink. When I asked for my missing item, they looked at me like I was trying to steal from them. It’s not that hard to look to see what is supposed to be in the bag. Another time I put in a mobile order and their system didn’t show anything.
I always get the Wendy's double meal and I love it every time no matter what part of the country I am in.

I have not gotten a burger from Wendy's for years. I must say the meat was a very odd texture. So odd in fact, it is difficult to put words to it. It was kind of like the texture of meatloaf. There was nothing wrong with it but it was not something that I enjoyed. The brownie milkshake was a whole new level of yum. You gotta check it out. It is decadent and delicious. 😋 The staff at the Boca location were exceedingly nice.
