This Wendy’s is hit or miss. Today no one showed up to work, I was there at 7 and no one was inside the store. A few days ago, they forgot an item, and forgot to give me a second straw for my drink. When I asked for my missing item, they looked at me like I was trying to steal from them. It’s not that hard to look to see what is supposed to be in the bag. Another time I put in a mobile order and their system didn’t show anything.

I have not gotten a burger from Wendy's for years. I must say the meat was a very odd texture. So odd in fact, it is difficult to put words to it. It was kind of like the texture of meatloaf. There was nothing wrong with it but it was not something that I enjoyed. The brownie milkshake was a whole new level of yum. You gotta check it out. It is decadent and delicious. 😋 The staff at the Boca location were exceedingly nice.

Food is fine. Terrible customer service. Seems like there’s always a problem with something. Whether it’s the staff walking out mid shift, or not being able to accept mobile orders. Never had a great experience here.

Stopped by for a quick snack. Their staff was very friendly and their restroom was noticeably clean. Their service was also quick and all the food was packaged nicely. This Wendy’s was prime!

This is what had me compare McDonald’s to Wendy’s was over seven dollars and when I drove through here, just got the burger and a Coke with no ice but later on didn’t realize that I could’ve got a special and got all three for under $10, that was a little depressing since I already went through it and didn’t realize it already spent that muchmoney.
