Today (Saturday around 4:30 PM), I ordered a #3 chicken nugget combo through the drive-thru. After placing my order and paying, I was told to pull into the mobile order parking spot to wait. There was no one ahead of me and maybe one car behind me—the dining room also appeared empty.
I waited outside for about 20 minutes with no update. When no one came out, I went inside to ask about my order. A staff member checked and realized the person who took my order never entered it into the system—even though my payment was already taken.
They then asked me to repeat my order and immediately rushed to throw the nuggets into the fryer. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and didn’t trust that the food would be prepared properly, so I decided to leave instead. I also didn’t want to risk issues with a refund or being charged again, given how disorganized the situation was.
Very disappointing experience overall.

Luckily i checked my order before leaving the drive through. I ordered 2 bacon and cheese potatoes, three large chilis, sour cream and chives on the side, 10 piece chicken nuggets ( extra crispy), 2 drinks, and a frosty fusion. I was given my order and reciept and told to have a good day. All i was given was my 2 drinks and 3 baked potatoes. I was charged for a sour cream and chives potato not the side of sc and chives. I pointed it out and was asked to wait in the mobile parking spot it took a long time for them to bring out the remainder of my order. While waiting i ate some of my nuggets, not only were they not extra cripy, but allready cool. There was no plastic wear or napkins in my bag, i was charged for a 3 nugget sauces and not even given the bbq i asked for. The lady seemed bothered by having to bring out my chili and frosty and then i asked for the sc and chives, i didnt even bother asking for the potato to be refunded. All together this was an over $50 lunch! Seems very high for a fast food lunch. Get home and neither the potatoe or chili were actually hot and honestly the chili was not at all what i remember their chili being. It was very liquidy, not thick like chili should be and just not much to it. I was really craving good chili and basically got some bean soup.

Went through the drive through about an hour before closing and Ruby was the sweetest girl running the window. She provided exellent service and made my day so much better. Thank you so much Ruby! I will definitely be back at this location more often :3c

Their drive-thru ‘opens’ at 6:30 but no one will take your order because they aren’t efficiently ready until 7. Sounds like laziness to me.
Nothing like having a spot where you feel like your mom made it. Best cheeseburgers ever. I usually only get a single deluxe. Every once in a while, they hook it up with a double. Always fresh. Made right there on the spot. They place is always clean & the staff... Mainly a bunch of young girls, are always friendly & helpful.
