I ordered on the app for drive thru pickup since you can’t find parking AT ALL. I just had back surgery last week and it was easier for me to pickup in the drive thru anyway.

After 30 minutes I still had to wait for my order when I pulled up to the window. Fine I guess.

When I left, the drive thru line was put of control. There’s nowhere to park so drive thru it is. The line spilled put into the main aisle by the tire shop making maneuvering thru more difficult than it normally is.

Food was prepared as I requested- Spicy Chicken sammies with NO MAYO, add pickles; Asiago Spicy Chicken Club with pickles.

It was free any size fry day with any purchase - I wasn’t asked and I didn’t know until after I left. This should have been communicated to me & everyone there.

Parking: Parking is garbage due to the tire shop. Limited parking spaces for all businesses to share & it’s cramped. There are 4 fast food joints, a gas station, smoke shop, coffee shop, nail salon & chicken restaurant along with the tire shop & bar/pub. Poorly designed and too many fast food places. Parking is terrible & if you’re disabled, the few disabled spots are full of illegal users.

Had to leave at least one star in order to make a review. Absolutely DO NOT go to this store. I stopped here with my kids around 3:30. Had to wait 15min before someone finally took my order, ordered 4 kids meals, pull up to pay and they hand me 3 drinks all with no ice in them, the pop itself was hot and then hand me 1 bag with all four meals stuffed inside, no toys. I ask the lady at the window about the missing pop and she ignores me so I have to ask a 2nd time in order to get her attention she gets it and then I ask why all the drinks have no ice and why they are hot and she says nothing and walks away, then another lady(the manager) walks up and asks me to repeat my question so I do and she immediately cops an attitude and says "I don't know what you want me to do I don't have any ice, the ice machine has mold in it" ? okay cool. My issue is with the lack of customer service, the unnecessary attitude and the fact that they didn't say anything to me when I was ordering about being out of toys and having hot ass pop. Absolutely disgusting attitudes from every worker. Spend your money at a different store please don't come to this one.

I’ve gone in many times in the past for breakfast and had the biscuit swapped for the premium bun. 9/10/24 they tell me they are serving breakfast and can’t do a bun swap. I tell the woman I know it’s breakfast but instead of the biscuit I want the premium bun. We are serving breakfast and can’t do that is the response. I point to the breakfast baconator and say that comes on a premium bun. Told them I wouldn’t be back and I’d be contacting corporate. It’s ridiculous that they refused to do a simple bun swap that I’ve had done at the same location numerous times

These guys are awesome. Highly recommend this location. Totally took care of me close to closing during app issues. Best customer service I've had at a Wendy's to date.

Drive thru wait time was reasonable. Food was HOT and fresh. I was really shocked that my meal was hot hot, with a little steam coming off. Went inside to compliment the food and the store was very clean and orginized. This is a pretty darn good spot in my opinion. Got the $7 Biggie Bag. Hot more than my money's worth.

Myself and another gentleman were waiting at the counter. There were no other customers. The staff (3 employees we saw) never approached the counter. They never acknowledged our presence and they never spoke to us. We stood there for approximately 5 minutes. There was 1 car they were working on in the drive-through line. Really poor customer service. We both walked out without a word spoken to us.

Went yo drive through at 12:15am because Google says its open until 1am. They were closed.
The ugly girl with a bad weave couldn't even address me like a human being.
If yhe hours have changed, they should chamge it on Google.
