The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE! Passive aggressively handed me my money back! I orders the number two and some nuggets then decided to cancel the nuggets. This infuriated her about not wanting to void the UNPAID TRANSACTION. I don’t know if she cashed it out without me paying I’m unsure how their systems works to where she would then tell me just give her 12.99 because she does not want to void the transaction. I’m confused but can hear her loosing her mind about it behind the window. The look of fear on her employees was upsetting to see considering I AM A CHEF AND DONT TREAT MY EMPLOYEES THIS WAY! She needs a BETTER ATTITUDE AND A CLASS ON RESPECT! This was their manager mind you! I don’t even eat this stuff it was for my teen!! Let me tell you something lady I didn’t say anything at that window but if there is ever a next time it will not be with me leaving as WELL MANNERED AS I DID! So disrespectful for no reason!

One of my better experiences at a Wendy's. Typically fast & my food is always correct. You can't really rate the food... cause it's a Wendy's. BUT their strawberry lemonade does slap

Always love the square buns and square hamburgers here The meat has a distinct flavor that actually tastes like meat unlike some of the others. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean and there is real comfortable seating here with tons of parking.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru lane because they were short staffed and could only handle one order at a time. There was a sign on the speaker that said they were out of tenders. We ordered a chocolate frosty… guess what, they were out of chocolate frosties too! But couldn’t be bothered to put that on a sign so we weren’t waiting unnecessarily.

Rarely had a good experience here. This one was the worst though.

Drive thru comparison of the 3.99 single burger and the 3.29 value menu double stack. Double stack was first up, it was perfectly and freshly assembled and exactly what the customer wants to see. But it was cold. Not even able to feel warmth thru the wrapper at all, room temp, not food safe temps. Next up was the 3.99 Single burger. It was warm as I could feel it thru the wrapper. Upon open I laid eyes upon the saddest smashed flat excuse of a burger. Looked and tasted like it had been made hours before, physically smashed(bun and all) and then reheated. Beef was super dry, onions were super soft with no crunch, bun was probably less than 3/8” thick on either side. Today the value menu double stack won, even though it was room temp, it wasn’t smashed and the entire burger wasn’t microwaved to sogginess.

Not sure how to spell her name, but Sharee (the AGM) was absolutely amazing! We ordered two Meals of Misfortune, and she made the whole ordering process smooth and easy. She even double-checked our bags to make sure everything was right and went out of her way to be personable and kind—not just to us, but to our dog too! Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Sharee!

Third time this month I’ve gone to this location and gotten the completely wrong order and I’m allergic to cayenne so I can’t eat spicy chicken here…. Yet every time somehow my meal has been beef ordered but spicy chicken received. And the beef is more expensive. I keep paying for product I don’t get and because it’s a drive through they don’t always give me a receipt so I can’t even take it back… I come on my 16 hour work days and this is so frustrating and as a type 1 diabetic, unsafe because now I can’t take time to eat until after 11 pm which could get dangerous for me. This location used to be flawless and it’s been more than frustrating to work hard and spend money for food you can’t even eat. Do better please.
