I ordered ahead on the app. Got to the restaurant about 5 minutes after I had ordered. Went through the drive thru. Was still told to park for the sake of their window time. The person who ordered at the box behind me got their food before I did. They tried bringing out the wrong order once. The second time they brought out an order I was already frustrated, just took it and drove away. Get about halfway home and I look in the bags, they got the wrong order out to me, so I had to turn around and go back. A trip that normally takes 5-10 minutes took 30 minutes because they had to get a better window time, what that better window time does not reflect is their inability to bag up and get the proper orders out to the people that had actually ordered it, causing them to waste their product, their time, my time, and my gas. Hence this review. I will be calling someone at the number on the app to let them know about this short coming as well.
