The food is always cold when I order through the drive-thru, so this time I decided to eat inside to avoid that. I spent $35, and they still got two of my sandwiches wrong. When I went to the counter to get them fixed, I was told the drive-thru was very busy and I would have to wait. No problem — I sat down and ate the rest of my food.
I ended up finishing my entire meal and still never received my replacements. When I went to check on the order and explained that I’d already eaten and just wanted a refund instead, the cashier told the manager. The manager ignored the refund request and started remaking the items anyway, which led to a huge confrontation. I did eventually get my refund, but the whole experience was terrible.

Too many times where I've been disappointed by the Wendy's in this city. Too many people are ok with handing out soggy, under cooked fries or bland tasting chicken. Air fryer at home plus WinCo smashes this city 🫠🫠

Food was good hot and fresh, a lot smaller portions than other fast food places. Emma was nice, knew what she was doing and she got my order RIGHT!!! It's a quiet, clean setting. THE BATHROOMS looked and smelled clean.

Good stop in the middle of construction, allows some of the traffic to go by during busy hours. Food, classic chicken sandwichnot fully cooked. A little odd interaction, none the less sudden death isn't on the menu. Unfortunately :) Posted, close time to Halloween 🎃

Staff were Fast and Friendly However this time visiting this Location, they seriously need to work on cleaning the place. Walking in the door was a Soda Spill, just covered with a wet floor cone. My table was sticky all over, the soda machine button had soda all over it too.

They're advertising a 1/4 lb burger for 3.99, I asked for that and a medium diet coke and my total came out to 7.89. That's 3.29 for a medium drink, it's completely obscene. You don't see McDonald's charging the same price for a lousy medium drink as they do for a quarter pounder w/ cheese. I like Wendy's but I will never eat here again if I can't buy a reasonably-sized drink for less than 3.29, it's total BS.

Part time homeless shelter every time I walk in. Some nice staff, some scatterbrained. Food is decent. Also, I ordered on the app with plenty of time pre arrival. And naturally, when I get to the front of the line and let them know I have a Mobile order, it's still sitting in the ticket printer.
