Haven't been to this Wendy's in a lonng time. I now know why. Customer service sucks. The food my child ordered was cold. Had to fight a whole family of flies while my child ate. Do better!

The young lady in the drive through was amazing and I don’t know if she’s a manager or not… but if not she’s definitely should be looked at…

We came in to redeem a kids classic frosty my son got from the library as well as a soda. Staff was friendly and professional.
Went to the drive through yesterday and what a sweet woman that waited on me.
She called me doll made me smile.
