I did a mobile order. Showed up 10 minutes later waited in the drive-thru, then they asked me to pull forward and wait by the door. After a few minutes they came out and said we don't have a mobile order for you. I thought maybe I ordered to the wrong one but I double-checked it. I went back inside to show them, in the worker the cash register just started yelling at me and saying it's not my fault lol. I wasn't making a scene I was just saying here's the proof...

Baked potatoes were spot on, it was fast and the associates were so polite. Kinda put me in shock, wasn't expecting that from any fast food place. This store has great staff, wow just wow!!

Had a problem with a order called the store and the manager that was on duty tonight 12/3/24 did a great job on fixing my order and his crew thank you I'm a assistant manager for a burger place as well and I appreciate the good work thank you for fixing my order
