Went to Dine in last night AUSTIN was the manager my partner ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburger without cheese because he is allergic...it came out with cheese sensitive back it came back out with two slices of cheese sent it back Than he deliberately added chilicheese cheese pieces in the middle of the burger trying to send a customer to the hospital or even DIE in the dinning room finally he storms out and goes home I guess because now the employees are looking and his very funny because of the tint pieces of cheese inside the burger finally another employee makes the burger after the 4th time the burger came out right

If any of the Wendy's high ups see this, PLEASE do what you can for quality control. This location among a few others in Vegas have all been pretty disappointing.
The burger I got has a noticably stale bun and the fries were soggy and cold. Nuggets were fine. Frosty was great. I don't even want to finish the burger, I just took two bites and ate the pickles off.
I'm really not picky but literally every time I've had Wendy's in the past 8 years it's been like this. Wendy's was my first job in my homestate and it was the first fast food place to get me to eat hamburgers (I used to hate them). It's just so sad I've been to like 4 locations multiple times and it's always bad. I don't think I can get my boyfriend to even go back. It's just a bummer. I know things can't always be perfect but idk I just miss the old Wendy's. :( Thanks if you read all this. Have a wonderful day!

Cold food employees don't pay attention and can tell they didnt want to be bothered l ordered 5 burgers and 5 fries and everything was cold as hell asked to be remade and he tells me it was fresh I ate inside and I just sat down there's no way in 30 seconds my food got cold
