Drive thru employees are lasy and rude , and they mess up orders. I thought you order online so you don't have to wait , but I still had to wait 25 to 35 minutes for my order !

To begin with the lobby WAS A PIGSTY..Trash everywhere the Manager tonight on 3-7-24 was the RUDEST I've EVER encountered..THE CREW AS A WHOLE WAS HORSEPPLAYING, ON THERE PHONES, LOUD PLAYING AND IGNORING CUSTOMERS...TOTALLY HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..WAITED FOR OVER 45 MINUTES FOR A BIGGIE BAG ORDER-

First time buying the new breakfast burrito as shown on TV commercial but nothing the same! My burrito was made horribly (tortilla was not heated well and was hard) when I opened the burrito it was missing pieces of the tortilla like if someone had taken a bite and it was extremely salty! Will not buy again! Not worth paying $5. Do not recommend! Staff was friendly though!

First time trying Wendy's Breakfast. It was not only delicious, but very inexpensive. I was able to get 5 breakfast sandwhiches, potatoes, and a coke all for less than $15 using the Wendys mobile app.Parking: It was very cleaned like it was freshly power washed.

Went thru the drive thru. 3 cars in front of me were asked to pull over and wait as was I. The cars ahead of me eventually got there order and left. 2 cars behind me got their order and left. At 20 minutes I call the store and asked where is my order. "It's coming out right now" click. 10 minutes and I call again. Ask for the manager and I can hear the employee telling the manager that I was cussing at him because I've been waiting 30 minutes. There was no cussing. I tell the manager I'm coming inside to get my Money back. He says "at this point I would rather just give you you're money back. At this point I went inside and was given my refund. I won't go back there again.

They make you move out of the line to stop the timer, even when no one is behind you. We sat for over 20 minutes for frosty and fries. No one in the lobby and the car ahead of us left at least 10 minutes before we got our food.
