This store’s cashier on friday 1/24 around 12pm, rushed my sister in law who is mentally handicapped and proceeded to rush her through and stole her visa giftcard right out from under her. I would like to give this store a chance to either return it or police will get involved.
Seems silly to review a Wendy’s at the airport but this is one of the best run Wendy’s anywhere. Hands down. Polite service and the food comes out quickly, hot and burgers come out looking nicely assembled. Thank you!

Wendy’s top quality food! This is our place to stop before morning flights at Harry Reid airport. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and the service is quick. There are plenty of seats in the early morning, not so much towards lunch time or dinner time. Of course you must get through security before you can eat at this location. They have so many treats I’d love to try! Right now they have the salted caramel frosty, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, and Cinnabon brand cinnamon roll pull aparts. Yum! Try this location for quick fast food on the go, or those long layovers.

This is 100% an enormous thank you to Ms. Sandra & her manager, Theo.
When Allegiant really, REALLY handled the tech shutdown beyond poorly, they made it even worse and screwed us. We had a banking glitch too, so they gave us vouchers for food. Great. NOT. It was to fly on them again (which is 100% never), and not actually for food. Sandra & Theo went the extra mile to help us. And even printed out a copy of a usable voucher for us.
As a kid, I worked for Bob Ferrall at Stanfords. He has a policy of "Give 'em a Pickle'. Look it up. it's pretty awesome. All in all, it's put the guest first, no matter the situation, and business will thrive.
In a sea of stranded travelers, they remained kind, calm & above all focused on caring for people. That says something about their core values right there. As humans, at least. They certainly know the rule...Give 'em a Pickle. They won me back!

The food I ordered here (a Cobb salad and a baked potato) was fine and about what I would expect from a Wendy’s. However, the seating area was disgusting, and the customer service was basically nonexistent. Why is everything in this airport so terrible??
