This place has been recently remodeled and just reopened for business under a new busimess name "LULALA KARAOKE & LOUNGE" with great traditional Chinese skewers and secret VIP private karaoke rooms with bottle services. I love this leave to party with my friends for privaye rooms with bottles and fruit platters etc. Guys must check out this new place if looking for a memorable time in Vegas!!!

I never wrote bad reviews but this time I have to. We used to come here many years ago, and they used to have great variety of food and drinks. We came last night, and the karaoke rooms were empty, the seats were empty, nobody's there except for the owner. We tried to order food but the owner said the kitchen was closed. Songs were not updated. We left after 15mins. We will never come back again.

We went for the food only. We had the soondae and it was amazing. We also had the pork and potatoes soup which was delicious. The portions were large and we couldn't finish it. Service was excellent and friendly. We will come back again.

ZERO stars... We used to come here quite a bit and loved the food, soju and song selection. Not sure what happened, it's been a few years since we've been back, and we were excited. We called and reserved a table for 10:30. The sign no longer said Zizzy it said Western Karaoke. When we went inside, no one was there and one person was behind the bar on a laptop, and seemed to not want to acknowledge us. He finally showed us back to the room and we noticed the place was completely empty. We would find out that there was good reason for that. When we got to our room, we tried to order drinks but the guy literally ran back behind the bar to his laptop. We went back out and asked for a drink and food menu. The guy shook his head no. We asked for soju and he said "all gone"... we asked for vodka and he didn't know what that was. The finally brought a bucket of warm beer and something in an empty patron bottle that tasted like watermelon. It had no alcohol in it. He had what appeared to be alcohol bottles stacked behind him at the bar, vodka included. I'm convinced they were filled with water and he seemed confused. As far as the singing, the song selection has probably not been updated for a few years. The sound system was horrible. He never came to see if we needed anything. The bathrooms were filthy with no toilet paper and we had to get a snack of cocktail napkins. It was bizarre. We will never go back. Don't waste your time.

Until I discovered Q Karaoke, I would come here for the Karaoke rooms, which are $15/hr. When you come in, you're met with a bar and a few seats here and there. With the exception of a few instances, this place is usually empty except for the owner, which makes it awkward to sing super loud in these rooms unless you're trashed. They do sell food along with their drinks, and the first time I came here, I ordered ramen to set my stomach before ordering liquor. I'm not sure what I had gone in expecting when I ordered that, but what I got wound up being instant ramen in a bowl with nothing else, and it tasted exactly like spicy Shin Ramyun noodles. I know this is bar food, but for real? It was 5 dollars. Their drinks here are also pretty weak, too. If you're ordering anything other than the Patron-sized bottles of flavored soju, the drinks are served in small glasses and taste watered-down or overflavored. I recommend that if you do come here for Karaoke, that you do so during happy hour and just order yourself soju. Any time outside of that and I'm not sure this place is worth the visit.

I'd leave 0 if I could. I had spoken OVER THE PHONE with someone to reserve a large room for my group until a certain time and they cut our time short by at least an hour for another party- even though I confirmed with the man I spoke with over the phone earlier that we had the room reserved for the requested time. Never coming back to this place again.

Fun place! Private rooms for parties and karaoke, which is nice. Owner was super nice and took care of us. Good happy hour prices!

Rooms were a good size, can fit up to 25 people at most. Service is rather slow, compared to other karaoke bars such as ZBar. But overall friendly service.

Don't know anything about their bar or karaoke but Best soondae ever in town. Even better than what you could find in LA korean towns. My 3 year old also enjoyed it a lot.
