The staff was exceptional. My steak came out rare instead of medium. The staff Went WAY out of their way to make things right. The customer service is five stars. They handled the mishap and kept a customer.
This is the second time I've been to the steak restaurant and it was just as good this time. I brought a friend to share the experience and she agreed that it's extremely yummy! Everything was cooked to perfection.
David, a long time waiter, took excellent care of us and made us feel so special. We split the salad and fillet beard. He had the kitchen separate both plates out and cooked my steak as I liked it and my husband as he liked it. This place is a hidden gem but will not be around much longer as they are tearing down Circus Circus.
