The last 2 times I've purchased pretzel from the location on Decatur inside Walmart the pretzels have been grossly over cooked. The one today was the worst. Probably not going back. They tasted like they had been reheated. Also I guess they are short on SALT because they are using about half of what they used to.

This place is NEVER open when it's supposed to be.It says open at 10 I walk in at 11:15 it's closed I go shopping when I didn't want to just to pass time until it opens an hour and $300 later it's still closed and as I'm checking out a worker runs in and begins making pretzels literally 2 hours after opening time🙄 Get friggin real.How unprofessional .The pretzels are already outrageously overpriced for what you get but than you can't even open on time?

Came here after buying some stuff I needed in the store and got pretzel bites and a frozen strawberry lemonade. As the girl who was serving us was getting our order, she realized that the pretzel bites were rock hard and stale and that she didnt feel comfortable selling us poor quality food. She was honest and transparent and told us we could either substitute the full-size pretzel version or get a refund for them. We ended up taking the full-size pretzel, and we felt really good about the service she gave us. Definitely made us feel respected and cared about even though we were some random everyday customers.
I used to buy pretzels multiple times a week. The service was usually pretty good. For the past few months, there's been a man there that's incredibly rude. As soon as you get there (10am), he'll tell you they don't open for 15 minutes. Despite their hours being listed as 7am, I do know their opening time is 10. He acts as though you're a bother being there. He'll deny you service. Rather, he has stuff made, or like today @ 10:05 he was just putting stuff in the oven. He'll also give you burned pretzels and pretzels with no butter.

As a pretzel fanatic, it pains me to share this saddening experience. I was disheartened to encounter the least accommodating associate at this Wetzel’s location. I had been craving some cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites all day and I finally caved in this evening. I went in at 8:00 pm excited to finally satisfy my craving. I told the associate that I wanted an order of cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites. She informed me that she had just emptied the cinnamon and sugar mixture into the trash which meant that she would not be able to fulfill my order. She offered me the alternative of salted pretzel bites. I asked her if she could simply prepare more cinnamon/sugar so that I, as the customer could have my desired order. Mind you, this location does not close until 9:15pm. The fact that she decided to start cleaning and throw out the cinnamon/sugar over an hour before closing time seems unreasonable to me. Again she refused my request and offered the consolation of salted pretzel bites. I then said that I didn’t want to order anything anymore and she replied with a very passive aggressive expression in her face and said to have a good night. I do not write reviews but this interaction caught me so off guard and I just hope that someone in management reads this review and ensures better customer service at this location.
Literally the new girl that just got hired there is so rude and has an attitude when speaking to customers but has a smile on her face doing it. She made buying food unpleasant.
