I was helped by very friendly staff members. My pretzel bites had the perfect amount of salt and were delicious. I highly recommend this location.

Love this place. For some reason the pretzels were raw earlier today. Ironically a lady with a younger child asked for a different pretzel than the one she purchased while I was paying for mine. I thought maybe she was exaggerating, til I took a bite of mine once I was in the car. Mostly cooked, about a fourth of it was super-gooey raw dough. I called to give a heads up, they didn’t seem to care. Everyone has their off day. ?

This is the best food place to go to if I was hungry. At downtown sumerlin, if I want a quick snack, I would just go to wp. I've gone there a couple of times, and they have not gotten my order wrong. And their mini dogs are very tasty. Overall, I recommend you give any of their locations a try?

Horrible experience! I ordered a bag of cinnamon pretzel bites and they were coated with sooooooooo much cinnamon and sugar I couldn't eat them because they were tooooo sweet. I tried calling 3 million times but no one ever answers!! I live far from there so when I went in to try and tell them about my overly drenched diabetic coma pretzel bites. They told me to call Brittany on Monday when no one ever answers the phone. The workers wouldn't help me for the Horrible Horrible pretzel bites they made. Terrible customer service and terrible ptertzels!!pretzel!!! I rate this place a -1...

My first time to eat WP. Service was very good. Cashier who attended to me was courteous and very helpful. Short waiting time and pretty good products. I got 3 different pretzels. Others employees were busy preparing orders. Will definitely visit again.

Service was underwhelming and not friendly. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. The pretzels were bland and too doughy. I’ve had better versions of Wetzel’s before. A hard pass on this location.

Ridiculous soda prices - $3.29 for a small cup! It doesn’t cost them more than 10 to 15 cents!

Fresh pretzels, Good service most of the time and clean. Took one star off because it's a 50/50 chance If you go within 45 minutes, maybe even 30 minutes of closing time,they won't be making any more pretzels. If there's nothing left, they're already cleaning up and refuse to make anything or in the event that you would like something they do not have made they will tell you they won't make it, you can buy what they have left.
