Love this place. For some reason the pretzels were raw earlier today. Ironically a lady with a younger child asked for a different pretzel than the one she purchased while I was paying for mine. I thought maybe she was exaggerating, til I took a bite of mine once I was in the car. Mostly cooked, about a fourth of it was super-gooey raw dough. I called to give a heads up, they didn’t seem to care. Everyone has their off day. ?

This is the best food place to go to if I was hungry. At downtown sumerlin, if I want a quick snack, I would just go to wp. I've gone there a couple of times, and they have not gotten my order wrong. And their mini dogs are very tasty. Overall, I recommend you give any of their locations a try?

My first time to eat WP. Service was very good. Cashier who attended to me was courteous and very helpful. Short waiting time and pretty good products. I got 3 different pretzels. Others employees were busy preparing orders. Will definitely visit again.
