After I ordered they told me it would take over 10 minutes to get my pretzel. I asked for refund as I was going to see a show. It took them 10 minutes to figure out how to get me a refund and several phone calls to their manager. Pathetic customer service.

This is a great place and the team was managed by mostly young minds and they know what people like. They were giving out samples of pretzel's to try out in their front. For us we requested for a freshly made Jalapenos pretzel and it was made to order fresh and hot and served. If this is the location located inside of the Miracle Miles shops, then My comments are specifically for the nice young man who took my order, named Syliss. He was the most pleasant, professional, detailed, warm/friendly young man that I had experienced during my stay in Las Vegas. I had celebrated my mothers 70th birthday at Planet Hollywood, so my family went for a stroll in the miracle mile shops. We decided to get a preztel, so we waited in line, and i observed Syliss greeting each customer with smile and elegance as he took their order . He kept that same professionalism when it was my turn. He welcomed me to Wetzel's Preztels with a warm smile . I gave him my order, and he precisely made my order with such detail as if he wanted to ensure he was giving me the best cinnamon blitz. I tell you, this was the best customer service I had received thus far! I told him I was going to write a review about him, and his face lit up right away . He deserves the recognition! He takes his job seriously and I can tell he tries his best to give each customer a warm experience. It's crazy that I'm writing this about a Wetzel's pretzels employee, but i felt the urge to let the team know. I kept the receipt and I wrote his name on the top of it to ensure I gave him the kudos he deserves. Customers can be very nasty, and I'm sure that working with the public is hard, Which is why i needed to share my experience with Syliss. Keep up the good work sir! We got a plain pretzel. There were many types of options to get, such as a pizza pretzel, hot dog pretzel. It was okay.

This place is fine. It's nothing to write home about, but it is as good as any pretzel place in a food court. Currently, the Rio has very limited options for food, so at least it was open.
