Best bahn mi sandwich I ever had. I got the crispy pork belly. With a little spice to it, worth it.
Sorry, forgot to take a photo. It was soooo good.

Their pandan and ube whipped coffee both tasted great. I would order it again. As for their banh mi, I would have enjoyed it more if the baguette was more crispy. It had the texture of a buttery flaky croissant.

I'm a fan of their Viet coffees and banh mi sandwiches. Coffee is strong and available in fun flavors like Ube and pandan, black sesame and pumpkin spice as seasonal specials.
But the food here really is way better than expected, considering how tiny the space/kitchen is! The Sin City special with pork belly and egg was very good, ate half for lunch one day and half the next, held up fairly well.

I was very excited to visit this place but when I arrived they didn't even greet me. The coffee was good, but the croissant was old and tasted hard, very disappointed ?

Pandan coffee was great. Crispy pork belly sandwich at 10:15am was a disaster. Almost $10 for a cold sandwich, 4 sliders of pork belly that I thought i were chewing some rock in my mouth. So chewy and dry. the size and ingredients are not worth the money. Had to request to put in the oven to warm it up.
Super excited to come and try since I love their sandwiches in Orange County, but this is not it. Especially the staff in the back not even Vietnamese, so obviously it can’t present and taste right.
Spent almost $20 for a bánh mì with low quality, you have the right to be mad. There are better Bánh mì in town with better taste and prices.

I was so excited to try this place and was so disappointed We ordered 2 energy drinks which was supposed to be Redbull, Cucumber and mint, they did inform us they didn't have mint, but I didn't know the "cucumber" was going to be a cucumber syrup and not real cucumber. They should specify that on their menu. We also ordered 1 crispy pork belly and 1 grilled chicken bahn mi, and they gave us 2 grilled chicken. We had our order to go and realized once we got home, we tried contacting the restaurant via instagram and their website and have yet to get a response. The sandwiches were not the best, will most likely not return.
Literally the best coffee of all time. Definitely don't miss a chance to swing by here!

Spacious interior of store. Perfect for sitting down and catching a quick bite. The parking lot is tiny but a few go arounds and a bit waiting for people to leave their stalls will get you in. Sairy helped me choose my drink and I'm really glad I settled on the banana brulee latte. If im ever near fashion show mall I'll make a quick trip down the street to grab this drink. I'm sure the food is amazing too, just by the smells in the cafe.

A cozy little place to sit down and get a variety of drinks &/or Banh Mi. The sandwich was pretty good and I liked the Rose Chai Latte.

I always look forward to coming here because they have such an amazing drink selection. I had to narrow my choices down but I already know what I want to try next time! The drinks came out so pretty and tasted delicious as usual. My new favorite is the ? Banana brûlée coffee! They even put a few slices on top! Can’t wait to come back again! Beauty helped me and was very sweet! I didn’t even realize they offered lattes until I really studied their menu later that day so I’m definitely that and some of their specialty drinks!
I also had a couple of their banh mi’s. I can’t go without getting the pork belly, it’s the #1 seller and decided to try the Lemongrass Beef. Never had it before and it was tasty! It’s literally a one-stop shop and the drinks are what makes me a permanent customer!

Overall: 3.4/5 (dine in)
We came around 4:00 PM on a Sunday and was helped by Trisha (according to the receipt). She was nice but either new or inexperienced. She kept entering our order incorrectly since she couldn't find the item. We wanted one egg roll ($1.49), but she couldn't find it so she tried to charge us the a combo with egg roll. Then she found it on the "out of stock" section but she said she knew they had egg rolls and had help to get it added to our order. Whelp, they ended up not having any egg rolls so they offered us another banh mi or the pre-made spring roll appetizers since we already paid. Since we ordered 2 banh mis already, we went with the pre-made pork belly rolls.
Pork Belly Rolls ($7.99): This came with two rolls that was clearly left out for awhile. The rolls were actually broken and the pork belly fell out so it basically became a veggie roll. The black sauce the rolls came in was super good and what gave everything flavor. We used it as a dip and poured it on the banh mis. We asked for another one and they ended up giving up the wrong sauce.
The Sin City Special ($14.99): This was the best out of everything we ate, but not sure if it's worth the price. The first few bites were really good then it just became okay. I had to add the black sauce to make it taste better.
Wagyu Banh Mi ($19.99): The proportion was off. They put 1 layer of thin slices of waygu stretched out across the banh mi so you can barely taste it. They cooked the wagyu well and it tasted really good by itself. However, it doesn't belong in a banh mi, and we felt ripped off. Without the waygu, the banh mi was plain so we actually took the pork belly from the rolls and put it in there.
Not a good first impression, but I would still consider coming back to try the Whip drinks.

Sandwich bread was not light and crispy but dense, buttery, soft and chewy. Pickled daikon and carrot was not crunchy but soggy, same with the cucumber.

The sandwiches are very good. However was disappointed the lemon grass beef is a sausage patty and not slices of beef that I was expecting. The drinks were very delicious!
