White Castle late night food rarely disappoints. This location is on the strip and open late. Came in for late night bite and it hit the spot. The staff here is very friendly, although there is security in the restaurant as it was late night. Food was quick and tasty. All you want and need from White Castle. Just great!

I think this is one of the most cost-effective fast food restaurants in North America. Avoid sauces that are cheap and not high in calories, and there are also meals suitable for people who cannot eat cheese or beef, which is really helpful. There is a guy who tidies the tables and chairs diligently and keeps the environment quite clean. Open 24 hours a day, whether you want to have breakfast (but this is Las Vegas where you get up late) or grab a late night snack before going back to the hotel, it is a good option. The only small drawback is probably that there is no physical barrier between it and the casino, and the smell of smoke and marijuana somewhat affects the internal use experience.

I was so excited to return to Vegas and eat here. What a total disappointment! The food was cold. Burgers were absolutely horrible and cold. Fries were cold. Ordered a 10pack with cheese ate two and we threw the rest away..huge waste of time and money! It wasn't even busy. The lobby was dirty. Tables were dirty . Definitely alot different when i visited 3 yrs ago. To top it off i got sick from the place lastnight. Totally not acceptable. Food should always be hot and fresh. I didn't want to just threw money away. But I did! Not happy. I don't recommend. The name is no longer what it once was!

I ordered from this location at 4:00 am on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. While putting together the two fish sandwiches in my order - the man was laughing over my food and made a hacking/coughing sound right over my sandwiches - because he appeared to choke on his spit while laughing with the female worker. Also, they gave me old fries that were on the cold side with my order. I didn't want to make a scene in the store, so I decided to just use the White Castle website to address the situation, and to leave an honest review here.
Please retrain your workers to not talk, laugh, cough and hacking over people's food. And have them wear a mask 😷 if they insist on doing so. In my message on this location's website, I let it be known that I want a refund for the food that wasn't edible. I do not want free food, as most fast food places try to offer when their workers can't get it right. This location has gone further downhill.

The guy packaging the food/working the counter was horribly rude. Not just to us, but to the customers in front of us and behind is in like as well. Then another lady came to the front to help ring up orders and she was extremely rude as well. Our burger buns were so soggy the literally fell apart in chunks when you picked them up and the fries were terrible. The only good thing my group got was the fish sandwiches, and I assume because those are actually made to order.
Dietary restrictions: None. If you have an allergy to something they won't even make you a fresh burger without, will just scrape it off one of the premade burgers...

really, really, really slow!!! we went here three nights in a row and every single time we ended up leaving because it was so slow we waited in line for over 30mins and because you can see all the stuff they were so slow didn’t move fast, no sense of urgency or anything, in the space we had waited no orders had be out, the manager was trying but his team below failed… wouldn’t recommend this one!!

There are no White Castles where I am, so every time I come to Las Vegas I always say I'm going to eat there. While the cashier was friendly, it's a big mistake actually eating the food. Quality is around the same level as if you got it from the freezer aisle, if not less.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been too. The overall condition of the store is very dirty. The customer service sucks. I’ve been here before, and I will never come back. The bathrooms have gang writing on the wall And very dirty the overall store is very dirty also. This is not a family environment
Unfortunately, two days in a row, there were no more mozzarella sticks available after 6pm. Too bad, I really wanted to try them. Sliders were delicious.
