It's a white castle. On Fremont. My expectations were already in the basement. Whichever employee was expediting/assembling orders was the RUDEST food service employee I've encountered in probably a decade. Asked politely for ketchup, she made eye contact and gave me mustard and mayo. Shorted us a sandwich on our order too, and when I attempted to (again politely) bring this to her attention she wouldn't even make eye contact with me.

Currently on a family trip and we were excited to find out that there was a White Castle near the hotel. Well after waiting in a long line we end up leaving as we saw how their cooking area looked. They were serving uncooked burgers, there was meat that was on the floor in front where the customer wait in line. There was a customer waiting for his food and he had his dog on the counter where they were handing out food. Not a good look at all. Unstaffed and the place was not cleaned. Was there on 4/3 and will not enter in there again.

Amazing sliders. Very pleasant experience. Great location, (Fremont experience). Open 24/7. Decent prices. White Castle is definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

Clean and no lineup, but service was terrible, messed up the order. and an employee sprayed the whole restaurant with pot-pourri bathroom spray even though the place was fine.

It's downtown so it's dirty and lots of drunk and homeless. The staff try to enforce the rules though. They seem kinda rough so I was careful about asking about my order though. I was waiting for a long time because they called out the wrong number and my food was cold. But yea I didn't want to get cursed out for complaining or something so I ate a little and threw the rest away

Customer service is terrible they forgot 10 burgers on a To go order they would not let me check the the order they insisted all the food was there drove all the way home to summerlin finding out 10 burgers were missing tried calling no answer mail box was full went back and refused to replace the 10 burgers Cynthia the manager was very rude telling me I called the wrong number that was not on the receipt so apparently google has the wrong number listed I am a long time customer of White CastleVisiting locations throughout the states for I am a truck driver and will not be a returning customer after being one for 40 years way to go White Castle

We had such a fun time at this white castle on fremont. This was the first white castle for my son and he loved it. Clean friendly everything white castle should be.

Good Lord. This place is awful. I waited 45 minutes to get 4 cheese burger sliders. They were disgusting. I get that it's on Fremont, but wow. Absolutely awful. I would give zero stars if I could.
