You order from a kiosk at the counter while people wait behind you and you can only pay with credit or debit. We ordered some burgers and desert and the desert was tiny! Food was good, tasted like white castle. Had to get an employee to open the bathrooms for us but an employee on break was more than happy to do that for us.

If you want to feel like you're a convict and be treated worse, come on down to the White Castle. I mean holy hell, this has to be one of the most ghetto places I've ever eaten. Cold food, soggy fries, and being told to order at "da screen." Also the AUDACITY to ask for a tip when they didn't even look at you is beyond the pale.
I think between starving to death or eating here, I'd rather starve.

This was my first and probably last time eating at a White Castle. The food is nothing special. If you’ve ever bought the White Castle frozen burgers… same damn thing, but no pickles. The staff was nice, but we got there at 10:30am and they were telling people they were already out of eggs lol. Our Dr. Pepper was super short on syrup so it was just soda water for the most part. Glad we don’t have these in San Diego.

Employees are not professional! Putting songs in the store really loud, and having really loud conversations with out being mindful of the clients around them. The restrooms were a mess! The tables and floor needed a good cleaning. Only good thing was the sliders.
