You order from a kiosk at the counter while people wait behind you and you can only pay with credit or debit. We ordered some burgers and desert and the desert was tiny! Food was good, tasted like white castle. Had to get an employee to open the bathrooms for us but an employee on break was more than happy to do that for us.
Food was edible, nothing special and nothing I'd go back for. The employees were extremely loud and rambunctious, so that was pretty annoying. We couldn't eat fast enough to get out of there and escape them yelling at each other.
White Castle fries only come in one size
