The Flamingo store is incredibly rude and not worth the time.....and I love weinerschnitzel!! I will avoid them at all costs now even tho I WAS a twice a week guy!!

Every Thursday I have came down here at approximately 9:30pm-10pm for the past 3 weeks. This location is closest to my house, The closing time says 12:00pm and every Thursday I come the same lady white heavy set lady says the ice cream machine is not working, It’s the same lady the past 3-4 times I have came and I’m darn sick of it. Today I came with hopes to finally get a tastee ice cream and finally I was helped by a lady named Briana she made me a delicious cotton candy shake with fresh French fries & I confined in her about the situation & she told me any time she is working she will always have ice cream available for me as she apologize which was not her problem but she was very considerate & kind. They need to get this problem fixed, get a new ice cream machine or get a new staff!!!! To be clear I am only giving it a one star because of the situation however the lady who was working today was nice and the ice cream was delicious.

ordered my lunch here today and will never eat here again. staff is incredibly rude and also racist. they refused to give out their names so i can’t be too specific unfortunately but i dealt with an heavily accented arab man (if he was on register, then according to my receipt his name is Haseeb S) and a heavyset hispanic red haired lady. i placed my order through the drive through speaker and then showed them a stick note in which my co-worker wrote down their order to ensure everything was inputted correctly. Haseeb then began to argue back and forth with me about being able to use the coupons off of the company website. after some back and forth he finally put them in and gave me our food. when i got back to the office, i noticed my order was largely incorrect. the bacon ranch chili cheese fries i ordered (without chili) turned out to be plain fries with ranch on the side. for some strange reason, they included bacon on my burger which was never requested. my co-worker also got an order of fries and both of them were cold, stale and heavily salted. seeing as i have high blood pressure, i couldn’t eat those without risking my health so they were immediately thrown away. i tried to call the store to reach a resolution since i was at work and nobody answered. i had to wait another 2-3 hours before i could use my last break to try and get this resolved in person. when i arrived, the employees i spoke with outright refused to give their names. after vocalizing the issues with my order, Haseeb claimed that i ordered incorrectly and it was my fault the food came out that way. he acknowledged that he read the sticky note with the order on it and claims he understood what i was asking for despite putting it in incorrectly. the red haired woman then came up and took over the interaction. she claimed she couldn’t give me a refund because i didn’t being the food back with me. she then sent Haseeb on break soon after and said she couldn’t help me because she wasn’t the one who took/made my order. she said my only option was to wait 10-15 minutes for him to come off break. i said i couldn’t wait that long so she smirked and said “i guess you have to leave then”. i then called later on to ask for a GM, AGM or any sort of manager, only to be laughed at be told nobody would help “my kind” here and then hung up on me. i tired to call back multiple times and the first few times she picked up the phone and pretended she couldn’t hear me, then started screaming into the receiver, and finally just stopped answering the phone at all. i’ve already reported this to corporate and will be making my report to a few other agencies as well. this is beyond unacceptable behavior for grown adults. i’ve included the receipt and how i was overcharged & incorrectly billed for items + the written note that clearly states what i was supposed to have been served

Growing up in SoCal Wienerschnitzel was my once a month treat. Haven't had one in years and decided to stop by for a taste down memory lane while visiting Vegas. The chili cheese dog is and always will be the champ here, along with the chili cheese fries.

This location is a little different from what I remember: it's much cleaner, and the service was quick despite a line at the drive thru and some customers inside.
