A great place with wonderful food
This restaurant is truly a hole in the wall located at 9555 Del Webb Blvd in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, NV. It is definitely a bit off the main Strip (about 20-25 minutes drive depending on traffic from central Vegas hotels). It was little hard to find. We drove by it at first and had to circle back to find it. Parking is limited with tight spaces in the small lot. It's a small place with seating outside only (a few picnic tables or similar), and not a whole lot of room for customers inside the restaurant. There's just enough space at the counter for about 3 people to order at once. You order at the counter, pay there, and they bring it out when it’s ready. The people were very nice, from the young lady that took our order to the various folks that walked by our table and asked how our food was. Definitely, friendly service all around. The food was delicious and had large portions. The sandwiches were big enough for 2 meals easily, with tender, flavorful meat with a great flavor. My pulled pork sandwich was excellent. The fries were the way I like them, dry and sort of like steak fries. My partner liked the collard greens a lot. A meal with one meat and one side was around $18. My pulled pork sandwich was $16 and the fries $5. For the amount and quality of food, it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere is casual and unpretentious, perfect for a no-frills BBQ stop away from the Strip crowds. Overall, a great place for authentic, satisfying barbecue.I would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for real-deal food off the beaten path, just plan for the location and limited seating. Enjoy!

I have always wanted to try this place and finally had the chance. I stepped into the counter and was greeted very warmly. Offered me a delicious hot chocolate while ordering. Sat down outside at their picnic tables that were next to the parking lot. My order arrived quickly.
The food is fantastic! I ordered a giant beef rib and a 2 meat/2 side combo….Brisket and St Louis Ribs/Coleslaw and beans and the sweet bbq sauce. All the meats were great. I came for the beef rib, but really loved the brisket. Also loved the creamy coleslaw and the beans had huge meat chunks in them. I ordered alot, but planned on having leftovers. Ordered the Texas sheet cake for dessert and that definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. I did not try the corn muffins, but my daughter liked them. Loved the sliced pickles!
The service was excellent! Very friendly and attentive. I observed a lot of to go orders and felt they were treated warmly as well.
I was going to rate the atmosphere 4 stars since you sit next to the parking lot…but then realized the bbq smokers were just a few feet away filling the air with the heavenly wood smoke. 5 stars it is.

The food is delicious, I’m a return customer however the manager should be kinder to his employees in how speaks to them. Just something I’ve noticed.

Just delicious! 100% recommend. They have some picnic tables outside. Wish they had some indoor space to eat.

Not a bad experience at all! The customer service was good. The place is small, you have to eat outside! The meat was very fatty, they ran out of certain items, the greens had to much vinegar, & the Mac & cheese was just velvets with hot Cheetos sprinkled on top. So if the meat wasn’t half fat & they had all there items on the menu it would’ve been a way better experience! Oh and for a 2 2 meat plates it was around 75 dollars without a drink!

Hidden gem! Pretty hard to find but so worth it. Take a look at the menu before you go because it moves pretty fast when you step inside. Food was amazing

Great barbecue / smoked meats. Greens were also great. Habenero BBQ was really spicy hot but flavorful. Hidden gem.

The Juice Alert !!!

Overall solid but definitely overpriced. The chocolate sheet Texas cake and the brisket were the two standouts. Other than that nothing overly out of this world about the food. The turkey sandwich could use a little more seasoning and the turkey could of been cooked a little longer. The Mac and cheese was just okay and the corn muffins while solid were a tad dry. The sauces were just okay and the steak fries I’d say above average. However a lot going on with the seasonings. As I said a solid spot but not a spot I’d go out of my way to necessarily urgently come back to. I also requested specifically for napkins and utensils to be in my bag upon takeout and that request was not honored. Won’t kill the staff about it as mistakes are made but it definitely did annoy me as when I went to eat my food in the car I had to without the napkins and utensils. I’d also suggest making the Burger a full time menu item instead of it being just featured on Thursday. I heard many good things about it but unfortunately wasn’t able to try it today due to it only being available on Thursdays. Maybe if I come back the Burger will change my rating. I’m still happy to have tried this place. It just may not be my target for BBQ regularly.

Not worth the hype or cost. I've had bbq all over the country. Brisket was flavorless, no seasoning or real bark. Pastrami taste more like brisket, not classic cured pastrami. Pickles too vinegary. Collard greens way too vinegary, taste pickled. Brussel sprouts had too much balsamic, also were a little soggy. Burnt ends were not caramalized. Pork ribs were good. Sauces were mediocre.
