Went in and got a Bavarian cream filled donut and apple fritter. Both were quite good and surprised me considering the area. There was plenty of filling in the Bavarian and a good apple cinnamon flavor in the fritter. Inside was pretty clean, but the bathroom could use a bit of work. Birds outside, though, going ham on trash left by, though, which was gross.

I was actually visiting Subway that is inside the with Winchells...I Placed a curbside p/u order thru the app which said p/u ready at 4:50pm I arrived at the restaurant and was not able to get the app to work to mark I had arrived so I tried calling the store. I continously called for 30 mins before finally giving up and going inside where I was simply told "we are busy" after waiting another 10 mins the older lady on duty who had told me they were busy walked over asked my name and handed me my order - 2 subs and 3 cookies. When I told her it was missing items I should have 4 cookies she argued that it wasn't on the receipt. When I read the receipt to her she gave time the missing cookie the missing chips and 1 soda. I told her I should have 2 sodas so she gave me the 2nd soda. And by gave me I mean she tossed on the counter no bag for everything and walked off. The 2nd employee the younger lady who was making someone else's sub got me a bag to put everything in so I could carry it out. I was not dressed to go inside and again I tried calling repeatedly. Had the older lady spoken nicely, 1 of the 2 answered the phone and let me know they would be out as soon as possible or even been decent when I was inside I would not be writing to let you know just how disappointed I am in the process, and customer service I was given! Completely unacceptable!!! FYI I tipped thru the app when I ordered as well and had I know I would have taken cash to the younger lady and not given the other anything!!!!

Store closes at 10 PM, pulled in at 9 PM . They said they can't sell doughnuts. The display case was full of donuts. Surely thoes donuts can't sit there till AM

If I could give them no stars for their terrible customer service I would. I went in to buy a bottled water because it's hot, and I was tryna make the bus. Instead of checking me out real quick while they waited for the toasters on another customer's orders, they blatantly ignored me and seemed to move even slower if possible. I even explained that I wasn't trying to cut anyone, but was just trying to make my bus and get hydrated. So tired of these rude fricking people working when it's hard to find work for those who are helpful and have great customer service!
