The donuts were decored and eye catching. However, someone used old oil and you can taste it. Chemically tasting and disgusting!! Winchell's don't make their donuts like this. Feeling disappointed.

OMG delicious! The pick any 4 was the best deal for two people with the munchies. Clean store, smells were amazing.
Orders are not being made when they are received. So we have employees not doing what we're supposed to and we're stealing time from others..thus us a reoccurring issue

Picked out a dozen donuts and additional donuts as well. Same order 2 weeks in a row. Received order of just a random dozen with nothing that I chose and no additional donuts that I also paid for. I called And nobody knows whatâs going on. Theyâre clueless to any order. Wonât be ordering from them again.
