Picked out a dozen donuts and additional donuts as well. Same order 2 weeks in a row. Received order of just a random dozen with nothing that I chose and no additional donuts that I also paid for. I called And nobody knows what’s going on. They’re clueless to any order. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered a dozen to be delivered Sunday night, they won’t let you pick what you want so we detailed in the comment section in hopes we would get at least a couple things we like. Nope 50.00 and they give you all the crappy stuff no one wants.. lesson learned I guess it’s pink box from now on.
Winchell's is a childhood favorite of mine. Best doughnuts I've had in years as I thought they all closed

If I could give it a zero star it would be better, very bad service, the staff is rude and they don't give you what you want ? I sincerely hope the customer service will improve since no one forces them to work at that time at night

Donuts are pretty awesome. I suggest learning to count in Spanish though if you want to order the right quantities. I've been to different ones here in Las Vegas and I always have to go back to Spanish 1 class to get my order right. Other than that, pretty good.
