I could not even order food, because the girl did not understand English. I asked her if I could make a custom sandwich. Bacon, avocado, cream cheese. She just continue to stand there and count her money and not acknowledge me vocally at all. This is actually the second location that I went to that I’ve not been able to order because the customer service representative does not speak English. That is an issue. If you were here legally, then you should know English. And if you’re here illegally, you should stop breaking the law. And if you’re here on a work visa or a green card, you should learn English.They got none of my money and I hope they will continue to lose money.

Grew up on Winchells. Since I was a kid they were one of my top happy places. The selection and the quality here can not be topped and hasn't depreciated at all unlike most everything in this world. Its one of the only great places still left from the good old days so please ? eat more donuts hehe.

What happened to the doughnuts???? No....their different. I might as well go to Krispy Kremes for this type of doughnut. I'm so unhappy, and disappointed with the change. Bring back the original recipe, this is not Winchelle's Doughnuts.
I stood there waiting for 15 minutes then walked out. The person was socializing with the person getting 1 sandwich.

I bought 4 doughnuts the short Mexican guy put them In a small bag when I left the front door one of the doughnuts fell out I went back in to replace it and he refused to replace one doughnut I cannot believe this his fault for cramming my doughnuts in a small bag and he refused I will take this up with corporate. Also homeless people all around camping out doesn’t feel safe there
