Sorry worst $20 I spent Didn't have much variety an when I got home 2min from location donuts tasted stale like they were from the day before. Server could hardly understand English another customer had to translate for us . I'll go back to the Pink Box for fresh donuts, thank you very much!

Scammers. Charged me for a large when I had a regular then argued that it was the tax price yet I was taxed upon the “taxed price” Should have been 4.99. Not much of a difference but its the principle. Def gotta check your receipts. Very sly. Would never return.

The food and coffee were good but the customer service is terrible ! We got watery hot chocolate that was not drinkable and could not even receive store credit all they wanted to give us was two donuts. And the lady was really rude about it.

Trying to sell old doughnuts first. Ask if had any chocolate said know even though they had a whole tray in back. Very rude also. I drive 20 min.

The donuts are always very good here very fresh. They have an inside table where you can eat but please be alarmed if you need to use the restroom they will not allow you to use the restroom even after paying $13 for six donuts you are not worthy of using the bathroom, nor your child in an emergency situation we had to get in the car and go all the way across the street to Carl's Jr pay them to use their restroom. When asking where the workers use the restroom they pointed to the restroom that we could not use. If you have dine in seating tables you should provide the restroom if somebody should need it.

Went in at 8:15 this morning. The girl that took my order was rude. I wish I got her name. I got 6 donuts and paid just under $12 some were stale. I asked specifically for 3 chocolate and the rest random. She gave me 1 chocolate donut. Didn’t expect to have an experience like that. I’ve been getting donuts from Winchells for a while and that almost did it for me. Yet to mention the never ending homeless/drug right outside the door on East Tropicana.

Ive been coming to Winchells for years. Always loved their donuts. But it doesn’t seem to be up to the quality it use to offer. Old oil or just stale? Im not entirely sure of where the quality has slipped. Next time I will try another location and compare.

I've been a Winchell's customer for nearly 50 years. I've never had a problem at any location until now. I stopped at the East Tropicana location in Las Vegas earlier this morning to get donuts and coffee. DO NOT GET YOUR DONUTS HERE! THEY ARE SERVING STALE AND OLD DONUTS!

First problem, the clerk didn't speak English and it took some effort to place my order. I asked for 2 devil's food donuts and one plain old fashioned. The clerk took the devil's food donuts out of the display case, and then went around the corner and got the plain old fashioned off a rack or something. I also got 2 glazed donuts for my wife. Second problem: I got home and discovered after biting into the plain old fashioned that it was stale! All dried out, even on the inside! Then, one of the devil's food donuts fell apart in my had when I took it out of the bag! The coffee didn't taste right either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!

stopped to get 2 plain donuts in the morning hard as a Rock couldn't even break it in half . Why the hell would you sell someone a donut that clearly was old.

Love this place. Only problem I have had is this. All the cream and jelly filled doughnuts are 5 star. Creamy tasty scrumptious . My problem is with the regular doughnuts they are not tasty but have a faint taste of unflavored cooking oil when you bite into them. Not my favorite at all. Even if there are sprinkles or chocolate strawberry flavor frosting doesn’t hid the taste of the cooking oil. My suggestion is always buy the cream or jelly filled ones you’ll never get a bad one unless it’s day old of course. The regular doughnuts need alit of work. FYI last time I got unfilled doughnuts and I ended up throwing them away.
